Last night, at yet another Town Hall, she was questioned on several topics by members of the audience (no scripted questions this time) and rather than answer them, or maybe, unable to answer them, she went into her well-known, tired, long-winded word salads. Anderson Cooper of CNN basically did not let her get away with it and instead, followed up on several questions to make her actually commit to a position to the question asked.
The New York Post and Newsmax revealed that CNN’s analysts, Dana Bash, Van Jones and David Axelrod, called her out for this devious maneuver and failed avoidance/evasion.
Finally, even a friendly network has decided it had enough obfuscation from her.
"The things that would concern me is when she doesn't want to answer a question, her habit is to kind of go to Word Salad City," Axelrod said. "And she did that on a couple of answers."
“The word salad stuff gets on my nerves,” Van Jones agreed. “I think some of the evasions are not necessary.”
CNN anchor Dana Bash said Harris may not have been persuasive enough for some voters.
“What I’m hearing from people who I’ve been talking to … if her goal was to close the deal, they’re not sure she did that,” Bash said after the town hall outside Philadelphia.
Hey, Kammy! Here is a takeaway for you. If you lost the confidence and support of your most ardent cheerleaders, you have definitely lost the interest in your message of those you were trying to reach. You know... the voters.
The people are beginning to turn deaf ears to your nonsense.
But then, maybe you were cutting class the day they taught Communication Skills at Howard University.
