Too bad so many who have sworn to uphold it choose to disregard their oath or affirmation. The reason this is an issue is that the Constitution is very clear that CITIZENS have voting rights in this country. This is spelled out in Article IV, and Amendments 14, 15, 19 and 26.
On Wednesday, it was reported by Newsmax, CNN and many other media outlets, that the Supreme Court upheld Virginia's law, which was fought by the Harris-Biden regime and others, to purge NON-CITIZENS from that State’s voting roll by a 6 - 3 ruling. The three liberals on the court dissented.
Apparently, liberals and many Democrats, especially those in the Congress, have no problem violating the voting laws spelled out in the Constitution. They swear to uphold the Constitution, but then, violate their oaths of office.
This should be grounds for impeachment and removal, since violating one’s oath to the Constitution is a high crime.
Certainly, ALL elected officials are supposed to be held to the same standards. No matter what office they hold.
The laws of the United States are supposed to be applied equally to all who violate them. No matter whether they are elected officials or not.
It is about time to hold those who violate their oaths accountable.
