Rumors and Un-American Acts



So many rumors are swirling today, four days before Super Tuesday II on March 15! Some are despicable, others are illogical, and still others are plausible.

As I have said in other commentaries, I am a Trump Supporter. But I will vote against the Democrat, whoever it is, in November. I don't dislike Ted Cruz; I would love to see him as Donald Trump's running mate.

So, to the rumors.

First, to the illogical. It is rumored that Marco Rubio is telling his supporters to vote for John Kasich in Ohio, so that Kasich might have a chance to win and defeat Trump in one of the two winner-take-all contests, where candidates from their own states are running as "Favorite Son" candidates. That is like a baseball player swinging at the first three pitches intended to intentionally walk him with the bases loaded in order to give the pitcher a chance to be in the record books. It doesn't make sense.


Next, the plausible. Ted Cruz has "apparently" stopped campaigning in Florida and Ohio to give Rubio and Kasich a chance to win their home states and beat Donald Trump. The plausible part actually is that Cruz realizes he will lose badly in both states, and by not campaigning, instead he will concentrate his efforts and money on North Carolina, Missouri and Illinois. This actually makes sense, because there is no one from those states running and he would have a better than even chance, no matter what the polls say.

Finally, to the despicable. It was recently rumored that Mitch McConnell was manipulating the rules to try to steal away the nomination from Trump by aggressively working behind the scenes to change GOP convention rules to prevent Donald Trump from winning the Republican nomination no matter how many delegates Trump has or how many people voted for him.


If Trump wins the nomination fair and square via the Primary and Caucus system currently in place, that should be the end of it. If McConnell and his corrupt crew of PRINOe (Progressive Republican In Name Only Establishment) swine were to succeed in stealing the nomination from Trump and our long-held principle of the people picking their leaders instead of the Party Elitists, then the Republican Party would be as corrupt as the Democrat Party with its undemocratic concept of "super-delegates".

My original commentary was going to be to the candidates to not allow the media control the conversation concerning a "brokered" convention. But, this actually is more important. It screams corruption. I would think these rumors, especially the third one, would make people with integrity, including the candidates, stand up and agree this is despicable.

Please join me in telling the Republican Elite to stop freaking destroying what might be left to any resemblance to a Republican Party and the two party system.

Trump and His Nomination



As of this morning, Donald Trump is leading Ted Cruz by 458 to 359 in the delegate count. That puts The Donald more than a third of the way to the required 1,237 delegates to be win the nomination.

After this coming Tuesday, when both John Kasich and Marco Rubio gloriously lose their home states, it will be a two-man dog race. Good.

Then, in the weeks to come, the two remaining candidates will set their sight on the ultimate prize, without having to deal with also-rans. A one-on-one debate on the real issues between these fine men will be what we need, without innuendo, insinuation and other unimportant minutiae, to give journalists nonsense to spew to the listener or reader.

As you know, I have been a Trump supporter right from the time he announced. I was lukewarm toward Cruz, seeing him as the best of an overcrowded, but ultimately, unqualified lot. I still like Ted Cruz, but I like Donald Trump more. He has energized a base that felt like its voice was silenced, probably since noon on January 20, 1989.

As you also know, on September 1, 2015, I wrote a commentary called Trump/Cruz - A Win For the Constitutionwhere I outline the reasons I believe this would be a winning formula for November and beyond. I still believe that.



Lately, there has been a movement of sorts across social media by those Republicans, Conservatives and Independents who do not like Donald Trump and oppose both his nomination, and election, called #NeverTrumpI can assure you that, provided she doesn't get indicted, this will all but guarantee the election of Hillary Clinton as President. Is that what you want? I do not!

Let me refresh you about the 2012 election, folks.

As you may recall, that campaign went on for months. Mitt Romney, the person I was favoring and voted for, was bloodied and out of money by the time the convention was over. I was hoping he would have been able to catch his breath, but the Barack Obama/Candy Crowley tag team proved to be too much.


In addition, as a result of Hurricane Sandy, Governor Chris Christie, a speaker at the convention, became Obama's new best friend. Whether he intended to or not, understand that to many people, "perception is reality" (Lee Atwater) and that reality was Christie dissing Romney to get federal disaster money from Obama.

Also, on Election Daymany people throughout the country were mad because "their guy", was not the nominee and this moderate was. So they stayed home. This assured the re-election of Obama because petulant conservatives and Republicans could not bring themselves to hold their noses and vote for Romney. Trust me, I have held my nose many times and pushed the lever for the lesser of two evils. And I am sure you have, too.

So, let's all stop with this childish behavior, shall we? It does not become any of you to act like you are acting, as if to pick up your marbles and go home if you don't get your way.

Understand this. The reason Donald Trump is doing so well is a reaction to the crooks and idiots we have kept re-electing, knowing that they would do what THEY WANTED when they got in, not what THEY PROMISED they would do. And still do not.


This is why I am voting for Trump and I am hoping he will be smart enough to pick Ted Cruz as his running mate. It is a perfect ticket on so many levels, which I will share in a future commentary. And if you can't bring yourself to vote FOR Trump, hold your nose, push that proverbial lever next to his name and vote AGAINST Clinton. She certainly has no business running for President. Hopefully, she will be, instead, running for Trustee of Cell Block Six in Leavenworth.

I think it is about time that you join me, stand up, and yell as loudly as you can"I am mad as hell, and I am not going to take it anymore."

The Hypocrisy of Liberals and Their 401-k Investments



How many of you have a 401-k or a 403-b contributory plan through your employer? You might be surprised to know that over 60 MILLION workers contribute to one of these plans every year. Over $6 TRILLION are currently invested in these plans, which represents about 25% of all retirement plan savings plans balances in the United States.

Other retirement plans include profit-sharing or money purchase plans your employer may openON YOUR BEHALF, through a bank or investment house, and your personal IRA plan, both contributory and rollover. They also include defined benefit plans your employer once opened, where they contributed on your behalf, WITHOUT A MATCH FROM YOU, but probably froze when they offered you a 401-k.


Did you ever look to see what products constitute these plans? That's right, folks. Your employer, which generally is a corporation, unless you are a public employee, invests your tax-deferred contributions to pools of other corporations' stock. Oh, and matches your contribution to the same pool that you chose.

It amazes me how stupid liberals sound when they criticize corporations for their greed. You know what? You are part of that greed, fools. You invested YOUR MONEY in the hopes that YOUR retirement plan will grow and you will have sufficient funds available to retire on.

If you think you are innocent in this process, think again. You WANT your investment to grow because you are unsure what the future may hold for you in your senior years. In order to accomplish this, the corporations in your pool have to be profitable. If they aren't, then your investments, which came from your hard-earned salaries, are flushed down the proverbial toilet.

If you want to speak in your egalitarian, socialist stupidity, please prove it by closing your retirement plan and distribute it to everyone else without taking a tax deduction for a charitable expense. Unless you do this, no matter what you may think about your ideals, you do not possess the moral compass to chastise corporations, or anyone else,  for THEIR greed, because you are part of it. A BIG part of it.


As for millenials who may not have had the opportunity to begin investing, trust me, this is probably going to be the ONLY investment vehicle you will have to save for your retirement when you finally start working. In addition, your parents probably named you as contingent beneficiaries, at a minimum, in the event one of your parents predeceases the other. So, you WILL inherit the balance of what could be a substantial sum when your parents pass on.

Everyone, please sit down and shut the fook up. You are just as evil and wicked as the corporations you scream about. In your own way, YOU are part of the 1% you jerkweeds love to criticize.

Put that in your pipe and choke on that.

Presidential Eligibility



I am a Trump supporter. I want to make that clear so that you don't think what I am about to say is influenced by my choice of candidate for President.

Having made that clear, let me educate you on the requirements to be elected President, or Vice President, of the United States.

Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5 says the following:

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.

That is a direct quote from our Sacred Document.


So knowing that Ted Cruz was born in Canada, is over 35 years old and has been a resident of the United States for over fourteen years, I will tell you that he is eligible to be a holder of either office.

Why?

He has two parents, a Cuban father and an American Mother. Ok, boys and girls. Now, go back and read the section again, with the additional information in place.

Since his mother is American, born and raised, she conferred American citizenship on him at the point of his birth. Automatically. Case closed.

Now, with regard to Marco Rubio, let me quote another part of our Constitution, which makes him eligible to hold the same office.

Amendment XIV, Section 1 says the following:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Got all that?


So, since Rubio's parents had already applied for citizenship and were classified as Resident Aliens at the time of his birth, he, too, enjoys every right to run for President as Donald Trump does. Or Ted Cruz.

Finally, since 1964, the following people ran for office who were not born in the United States at the time of their births:

Barry Goldwater               Arizona Territory
George Romney                Mexico
John McCain                     Canal Zone

In each case, the candidate's MOTHER was American and no one challenged his right to run.

You are all embarrassing yourselves by your lack of knowledge and understanding of our Sacred Document, which defines us as Americans. Your ignorance or stupidity is shameful.

So, please children. STOP. Better to say nothing and appear the fool, than open your mouth (or use your fingertips) and remove all doubt.
