Earlier this week, I wrote a commentary titled The Dissing of the Kamster – Part 5, where I discussed that even Joe Biden was giving credit to Governor DeSantis for his handling of both Helene and the impending Hurricane Milton. She was miffed, but unknown to us then, she was, instead, sitting for a photo op on October 7, the first anniversary of the Massacre in Israel, with Vogue. Not a great look, Kammy.
It was reported by the late online edition of the New York Post that she was being feted by that magazine while Floridians were prepping for the impending disaster. She slunk away, pouting in her sullen mood, needing someone to tell her how “wonderful” she was.
Kacklin' Kammy was hailed as a “candidate for our times” on the front page of the fashion monthly, which pictured her smirking in a $3,000-plus chocolate Gabriela Heart suit with broad lapels and expensive Tiffany earrings.
The lengthy accompanying profile of the VP and Dem presidential hopeful gushed about her being "a results-oriented, roll-up-the-sleeves leader” who became one of those rare “individuals summoned for acts of national rescue” after President Biden exited the 2024 race.
Right. Being there for Helene and Milton victims at the ready, sipping on champagne while people were displaced in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. Not really a good look here, either, Kammy.
Like Mayorkas running off to DC Nobu for Sushi takeout after spending all of six hours surveying damage, half the time on Zoom calls. Probably placing his order of Rainbow Roll and Waygu Steak.
And people want four more years of this callousness? I certainly am tired of their self-important indifference to the rest of us.
I’ll deal with mean tweets, reduced taxes and lower gas prices than anymore of these failures to Americans and our needs.
