Once Again, Senator Fetterman Is the Adult in a Party of Psychopathic Quislings

There is one politician who does not march in lockstep to the rest of his caucus. He is a man who has demonstrated higher moral principles than any other Member of Congress. From either party.

 

His name? You know who he is. His name is Senator John Fetterman.

US Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) has denounced the riots in Los Angeles and warned his party about the pitfalls of failing to adequately condemn the “anarchy and true chaos.

“I unapologetically stand for free speech, peaceful demonstrations, and immigration, but this is not that,” Fetterman wrote on X on Monday evening.

“This is anarchy and true chaos. My party loses the moral high ground when we refuse to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings, and assaulting law enforcement.”

Tech mogul and former Trump advisor Elon Musk commended Fetterman’s condemnation of the “anarchy and true chaos” unfolding in LA, replying with an American flag emoji.

But Democrats Governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass have continued to rile up the demonstrators by railing against President Trump, his policies and the mobilization of troops to try and quell the riots by illegals and their supporters on Los Angeles.

And of course, the media, Democrats in general and particularly Senator Cory Booker have described the protests as “mostly peaceful”. Much like they all did in the summer of 2020, when BLM burned down many American cities after the George Floyd disaster.

Fetterman hasn’t been afraid to punch the left in his own party, particularly when it comes to Israel. Near the end of the Biden administration, he had also favored measures to strengthen border security.

Perhaps, rather than criticizing Senator Fetterman for some of his challenges because of his impairment, Democrats and the media should take heed to his very sane and sage advice. He is the one Democrat who makes sense.

And the only one who puts country over party.
