Soliman’s wife, Hayam Salah Alsaid Ahmed Elgamal, their daughter Habiba Mohamed Sabry Farag Soliman, 18, two more daughters and two sons were all detained and facing a swift removal, before Judge Gallagher stepped in.
“Defendants SHALL NOT REMOVE Hayem El Gamal and her five children from … the United States unless and until this Court or Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit vacates this Order,” Gallagher said in his ruling.
Typical of an allegedly anti-Semitic, “liberal” appointee of Democrat Presidents.
The entire family entered the US on temporary visas and let them expire. This makes them here illegally. Considering that Soliman, who yelled “Free Palestine” as he threw the first two, and had several additional unused firebombs in his possession when he was arrested, the family was detained by ICE Tuesday.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem vowed authorities would probe if any of them knew about Soliman’s plot to allegedly attack the crowd.
Gallagher, in his ruling said the family’s “deportation without process could work irreparable harm and an order must issue without notice due to the urgency this situation presents.”
He was appointed by Biden and confirmed (rubber-stamped) by the Schmuckie Schumer, Democrat-controlled Senate, in March, 2023, 53-43.
Soliman is facing federal hate crime charges and SIXTEEN counts of attempted first-degree murder. If convicted on all counts he could essentially spend the rest of his life in prison.
When will the Congress or the Supreme Court finally step in and stop this flagrant abuse of the Constitution by rogue judges who overstep their authority?
