Was Forgery Involved With Biden's Auto-Pen Signature?

As we have recently witnessed since January 20, it seems that the press is present when President Trump has signed executive orders, legislation passed by the Congress and other documents. In addition, he shows them for all to see, knowing that he wants full disclosure and transparency to be evident, without rancor.

And thus far, no document signed by President Trump has been signed using an “auto-pen.”

However, it is being reported by Fox News and others that many, if not most, of the documents signed by his predecessor WAS allegedly signed by an auto-pen. Why is this an issue? Well, the question becomes “who controlled Biden’s auto-pen?”

If he didn’t, and knowing he was mentally diminished, then who actually signed all these documents? And, therefore, are they then invalidated?

"WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY," the Oversight Project, which is an initiative within the conservative Heritage Foundation that investigates the government to bolster transparency, posted to X on Thursday.

“We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature," the group claimed on X, accompanied by photo examples.

Auto-pen signatures are ones that are automatically produced by a machine, as opposed to an authentic, handwritten signature.

It was reported on X that the “Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the DOJ to investigate whether Biden’s cognitive mental decline allowed unelected officials to make decisions without his knowledge or approval.

“If that’s the case, Biden’s executive orders, pardons, and other actions, may be unconstitutional and void.”

If the DOJ determines that an investigation shows that the concerns of AG Bailey is proven correct, it will cause a true Constitutional crisis, with potential invalidation of ALL Biden documents showing his signature. Then, prosecution of the perpetrator(s) will commence.

It will be incumbent to expedite the investigation forthwith.
