The Kennedy Assassination Conspiracy Lives On

Yesterday, as he had promised during the campaign, and since, President Trump finally had the National Archives release what seems to be the remaining files, 80,000 of them, previously secreted in the confines of government protection, of the JFK assassination. But are they real and truthful?

 

Over the last sixty-plus years, the government, the CIA, the FBI, even the National Archives, had plenty of time to review, scrub, misplace, or destroy key documents which would reveal compromising information that could lead to indictments of corrupt and criminal actors in a potential conspiracy plot. That would lead to reputations lost, jail sentences, mistrust in government officials. And of course, we could not have that.

So while it is noble that Trump, and even Biden and others, went ahead and released information over the years, the cover up still remains. Why? Because there are people who know the real story, the background, the plausibility of events which probably took place which are NOT told in the “official” documents released by the last several Presidents.

There is too much out there concerning the Soviets, the Cubans, the CIA, the Mafia, etc, not in the documents which leave a modicum of skepticism for us to accept the questionable results of the Warren Commission Report. One deranged, disaffected, not bright, lone gunman? Don’t believe it. He was a convenient patsy.

Lee Harvey Oswald was probably involved, as was Jack Ruby. After all, the first rule of assassination is to remove the assassin. Or at least, create the illusion that he was. But neither man, by himself, had the intelligence to pull it off. There WERE others.

But over time, the real players have died, natural or otherwise, in order to protect the conspiracy cover up. And it makes sense that in 1964, LBJ issued an Executive Order that the files could not be opened and released until 2039, seventy-five years later. That was well beyond the life expectancy of the time. Everyone involved would be dead.

For me, and many others, we will have to accept that there are no other documents. At least for now, which could reveal additional information about the Kennedy Assassination. But we don’t have to accept that this is the official version.

It is way too convenient and “clean” of a fable to believe that Oswald did it. Alone. With no help or guidance of any kind. From anyone. From anywhere.

The trail is finally ended, run cold and this is where we are. It is what it is. I was twelve when it happened and it seems the conspirators have, at least for me, succeeded. We will get no further information than what we already know.

But as with many fables, there is a truth somewhere, just not with the one we are being told at this time.
