On Monday night, I was planning to write a commentary about the violation of the Constitution our Dearless Leader (with apologies to Kim Jung Il, North Korea's now deceased leader) was going to employ to actually disregard, in essence against other laws, what the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 concerning recess appointments. His actions in that case violated the intent of the Constitution by claiming the Senate was in recess, when in fact, it was out to lunch.
On Monday, he practically dared the Congress to file impeachment proceedings against him when he said he was going to do whatever he could without the Congress to change our immigration laws.
According to Fox News and other entities, President Obama says he will bypass Congress and issue executive order to enact some immigration reforms and address illegal-immigration crisis at the Mexican border.
As we all learned in third grade civics or social studies classes, it is the Congress which MAKES the law under our Sacred Document, you know, our Constitution.
According to that Document, the one which every Representative, Senator, Supreme Court Justice, Vice President AND President swears or affirms to uphold, it says the President's job is to ENFORCE the law. I don't recall anywhere in the Sacred Document that the President can CHANGE the law as he sees fit.
Barack Obama, alleged Constitutional lawyer, and President of these United States, swore to uphold that Document when he was sworn in as a United States Senator in 2005, as President in 2009 and again in 2013. Apparently, he either forgot that he did, or did so under false pretenses.
Which is it, Mr President? In either case, it is incompetence and deceit on your part, because denying either is a lie.
You and your henchmen, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, and their goons, Schumer, Durbin, et al, are in technical violation of our Document by your actions and allowing you to consider wanton disregard for our laws. Your Vice President stands there and agrees like a bobble head doll with every illegal pronouncement you espouse. He, too, is guilty by his acquiescence to your flagrant violation to the Constitution.
This latest issue concerning the children-immigrants from Central America and Mexico is a tragedy of humanitarian proportions, brought on by Barack Obama's agenda to by-pass the Congress and unilaterally and illegally change our immigration policies. It is his fault. No one else,but him and his stooges Joe, Nancy, Harry, Dickie and Chucky.
But by allowing the President to change our laws as he sees fit is against our law.
It is incumbent for John Boehner to follow the Constitution by requiring the Judiciary Committee to begin hearings to draw up Articles of Impeachment against both Barack Obama and Joe Biden, for his total disregard of our Constitution, by supporting Mr Obama in his continual commission of High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Mr Biden is aiding and abetting these crimes by his lack of protest.
Should the Speaker choose not to do his job, the House has the responsibility to immediately replace him. If no one does what is necessary, they are all complicit in High Crimes and Misdemeanors against our Constitution and the United States of America.
It is time to impeach, arrest and imprison each person who has violated their Constitutional oath for their commission of High Crimes and Misdemeanors against the People of the United States Of America, and to immediately deport the illegal aliens who broke our laws with the approval and consent of our President and his as yet, un-indicted co-conspirators.
To do anything less would be equally as criminal.
