The Wayward King

Anytime Barack Obama says a service or a program is going to cost the public less, save us money, or be good for us, the first thing I do is put the flag up. His reputation on every money-saving endeavor since 2009 has been 100%... wrong.

Should I list them for you?

The Affordable Care Act was going to save us $2,500. Instead, the average cost to a family of four is $3,000 more a year AND you can't keep your doctor even if you like him or her.

The "stimulus" with its "shovel-ready" jobs, was a huge giveaway and no permanent jobs were created.

Dodd-Frank was supposed to control banks and their lending practices, making certain only "creditworthy" individuals got loans.  Uhm, no again, AND they charge more types of fees now than in 2008.

TARP, which was supposed to be used to help banks help their customers, instead went to the UAW to take control of GM and Chrysler. As a retired banker, I had a problem with the whole premise of this government giveaway because I knew it would not be used to help borrowers with their home mortgages. 

Now, Barry and his EPA once again is telling us that his new energy policy, THAT NO ONE WANTS, will save the States and the people money, as he requires new guidelines to become effective starting in 2015. And of course, waivers will be granted by King Barry as he sees fit. I have provided the story in full as found on the ASSOCIATED PRESS website.

So, do you think you really will be saving money with this latest proclamation from the throne of Obama I? I don't either. Like Alice said to Ralph, "it's just another crazy, hair-brained scheme of" his.

He is out of control and the Congress, finally, has to stop him before he completely destroys us. 

Remember. As much as he thinks he is the King, he gets his authority from us. The Government exists only with the consent of the Governed.
