Fox News and other outlets reported this on Tuesday afternoon after the emails went out.
Common sense indicates that should one not exercise this option, he or she will be terminated for cause for not complying with the “Return To Work” executive order.
“After four years of incompetence and failure, President Donald Trump is committed to making our government efficient and productive again," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement on Tuesday.
“American taxpayers pay for the salaries of federal government employees and therefore deserve employees working on their behalf who actually show up to work in our wonderful federal buildings, also paid for by taxpayers.”
It is so refreshing to hear someone actually speak on behalf the American taxpayer and not try to justify the freeloading which was condoned by the last Administration.
The offer is recinded the morning of February 7, and anyone not exercising thi option would then be subject to termination.
Logically, if one sues the Trump Administration, no judge could rule against Trump because he offered a severance package.
We will see who is smart enough to take Option A.
