How Technology "Simply" Elected Donald Trump

There were, ultimately, no surprises left for why Donald Trump won Pennsylvania's nineteen electoral votes. In the end, he beat Kamala Harris resoundingly, by two full percentage points and over 140,000 votes.

We know he made many trips to the Keystone State. This including trips to Philadelphia, Pittsburgh Harrisburgh, Wilkes-Barre and Scranton.

But the obvious return stop was in Butler, where on July 13, he was shot and stood up defiantly, calling out to the crowd to “FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT”. And by so doing, voters turned out to put him over the top to win.

And, in a little-noticed side-light, he secured the vote from an oft-ignored group of people, the Amish.

Lancaster County, PA has one of the largest contingents of Amish and Mennonites in the country. There are, as of November 5, Election Day, 365,989 registered voters in the county, of which 288,968 actually voted. Of those who voted, over 165,000 or 58% voted for Donald Trump.

Kamala Harris received only 118,000 votes or 41%, and the other 1% was divvied up by other candidates.

According to the New York Post, this was accomplished in no small measure by the efforts of Elon Musk, who donated computers and satellites to help Liesa Burwell-Perry, an avid churchgoer and a teacher’s wife, organize 200 community members to shuttle about 26,000 people from Amish weddings to the polls to vote for Trump on Election Day, one of the highest turnouts the region has seen in recent history, called "Operation Help Thy Neighbor".

This is a group which generally shuns modern conveniences and technology. But they knew from recent experience that the Harris-Biden Regime’s regulations were killing their businesses and way of life.

So, they eagerly turned out to vote for the person who would let them live freely and without burdensome, oppressive interference.

This is one of the major reasons Donald Trump won Pennsylvania and captured the Presidency. And while so many of us are so out-of-touch with all our technology over so many people, in the end, the people who live the simple life used that same technology to make a statement.

And Elon Musk, creator of so much technology, showed us how to simply do it right.

Two Failures of Irrelevant Opinions

There are two blowhard
that the Lame Stream Media loves to get a quote which criticizes Donald Trump. As much as they both, and the media thinks, they are relevant, trust me, they are not.

They are:

Chris Christie, former failed governor of New Jersey, who was so inept at his post as Transition Chief in 2016, that Trump fired him three days after that election; and, George Conway, the bitter, now ex-husband of KellyAnne Conway, the woman who succesfully ran his 2016 campaign and was a Special Advisor in Trump’s first term. I imagine he felt emasculated.

And yet, somehow executives and producers at both CNN and MSLSD, and other outlets, think their opinions matter to the public. Uhm… hate to tell you, they don’t.

The Hill, an online media outlet, reported that Christie on ABC’sThis Week” and Conway on “The Weekend”, on MSNBC, each had something to say regarding the Trump victory and they felt was the overriding factors which led to his outstanding win over the Kamster.

But here is the update. NOBODY CARES.

So these two buffoons will crawl back into their holes and burrow deep until some other liberal idiot thinks either of them might have something negative to say again about Donald Trump. Even if only to claim any sense of legitimacy or relevance in the future.

Which, of course, they won’t.

The New Kids on the Block

Donald Trump has, so far, gone in a different direction picking his Cabinet than he did in 2016. This time, it seems, his picks, while not political novices, would not be in any universe, considered Swamp Creatures.

His Chief of Staff is Susie Wiles, his campaign co-chair, and his Deputy COS is long-time Assistant, Stephen Miller, who served him well in his first Administration.

From here, so far we see have seen the following supporters get nods to Cabinet Level positions and other Senior Staff people. In no particular order, they are:

Marco Rubio – SecState
Elise Stefanik – UN
Lee Zeldin – EPA Admin
Tom Homan – Border Chief
Mike Walz – NatSec Advisor
Kristi Noem - Homeland

Most of the Cabinet is still to be named including Attorney General, SecDef, SecTreas, HHSVA Admin, HUD, SecEnergy, SecEd and several others. He also needs to name new Directors to the FBI, Secret Service, IRS, ICE and other important posts.

Finally, Trump needs to name someone to be Press Secretary, who will have the nerves of steel to stand strong against an antagonistic left-wing media. He knows they will cut him no slack. So the appointee will need to be able to push back and push hard, when needed.

I am sure we will see other names floated and speculated by those who think they are in the know. But aren’t. And then, Donald Trump will continue to surprise us with people, perhaps not even mentioned.

It will be another interesting week, for sure. And by this time next week, we will have a real sense of where the next Trump Administration is headed.

So, sit back, get your scorecards ready and enjoy the ride. It will be fun to watch.

The Most Bizzare Solution to a Most Outlandish Possibility

Yesterday,  I wrote a commentary regarding the suggestion that Justice Sotomayor
should step down so Biden could nominate Kammy for her seat on the Supreme Court. And I explained why for many reasons why it won’t happen.

Today, two articles were published by the New York Post. One was about Biden tripping over the sand in front of his beach house yesterday. And the other was about a suggestion that he should resign so the Kamster would serve as the forty-seventh President for the next seventy days.

For the first, we know Biden is ailing, and addled, with dementia and general “old-age” chronic disabilities. And we all know now that he should have stepped down or removed long ago. But neither of these things happened.

So, we are stumbling to the finish line of Biden's Presidency, hoping no disaster occurs in the next ten weeks which would put our nation in jeopardy.

For the second, America has acknowledged that we don’t want Kacklin’ Kammy to serve as our President, even for a moment. The vote wasn’t even close. It wasn’t even like 2016, when Trump lost the popular vote, while winning the Electoral College. He won both

So what are we to do?

Well, since Donald Trump was already elected by the People, by both the Popular and Electoral votes, and he already has been President, and knows how to run things, why don’t we just take a page from the 2024 Democrat party playbook and have him take over now? Seems fair, yes?

After all, they installed the Kamster as their nominee without receiving one vote from the people in even a mini-primary Very representing of democratic principles. I mean, it all seems fair. And what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

At least he has the votes to support this crazy idea. She had nothing except the support of the party bosses.

Seriously, we need to hope nothing else happens to Biden or the Democrats WILL enact the 25th Amendment. And Kammy WILL BE at least the Acting President, if not the Actual President for the next seventy days.

Let’s pray for our country.

One Word Which Defines Rude, Condecending and Obnoxious

I met Senator Schumer four times in my life and each time left a bitter dislike for the man, worse than the previous time. He was rude, condescending and obnoxious. Basically, a schmuck.

Schumer is also proving to be a sore loser. While he had failed to maintain his one vote lead as the Majority Leader, he could have, nevertheless, left a positive mark as a Leader as he was downgraded, at best, to Minority Leader. Instead, he proved himself again to be a schmuck.

On Election Night, traditionally it is the Associated Press which is relied on by all media sources to call the races. It has been doing so for 170 years and has a success rate of 99.8%.  To put it in context, it did not call the 2000 Presidential election, Bush-Gore, because it was too close to call. And the result could not be identified with any certainty.

However, the AP DID call the Pennsylvania Senate race for challenger Dave McCormick over incumbent, Bob Casey, who he led by 30,000 votes at the time of the call. And while the remaining votes are still being counted, McCormick still holds a now 40,000 vote lead.

While Casey has not conceded, which is his right, old Chuck has decided to to take sides by proving himself to not step up as a Leader once again. And has proven himself to be a schmuck again, too.

So, in a fit of disdain and pique to the results called by the respected AP, both Fox News and Newsweek are reporting that Schumer has decided to exercise his authority over the Senate one last time and has chosen NOT TO INVITE Senator-Elect McCormick to the Orientation Meeting to occur this Wednesday.

Once again, Schumer had proven himself to rude, condescending and obnoxious. Basically, a schmuck.

And when the final vote is cast, Charles Schumer will be known by all as Senator Schmuck Schumer, the biggest schmuck who ever occupied the Senate. No one will ever be a bigger Leader in his position.

And no one will ever fight him for the title, either.

Stop the Stupid Talk About Justice Sotomayor

.
In a desperate play to save the face of the liberal media’s mindless and unswerving backing of Kamala Harris for President, a liberal pundit Sunday floated nominating failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris to replace US Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor while the Democrats still cling to power.

It was reported in the Sunday afternoon online edition of the New York Post that Bakari Sellers, a CNN commentator and former state lawmaker in South Carolina, was adamant on social media that progressives need to ramp up pressure on Sotomayor, a 70-year-old type 1 diabetic, to step aside even as she resists the effort.

Sotomayor needs to resign. The court is currently 6-3. [Her resignation] would limit Trump’s ability to make it 7-2. It’s silly to believe there is no difference,” Sellers wrote on X.

Yes, in theory, he is right, since after Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died in 2020, the Senate moved at “warp speed “ to confirm Justice Amy Coney Barrett in that time. But now, as each day passes, the time is beginning to run out.

The current Senate term officially expires on January 3. And for all intents and purposes, the Senate will recess for the Christmas Holiday on or about December 20.

The Senate is not expected to return until Wednesday this week, following the recent Election, and the Thanksgiving recess will soon be upon us. So, that leaves just five real weeks that the current Democrat-controlled Senate can act.

And that assumes Justice Sotomayor is willing to resign this week. Effective immediately. Chances of that happening are slim, at best.

While there are allegedly some candidates who may have been “vetted”, you can be sure that the Republicans, and perhaps Senator
Joe Manchin, will stonewall the hearings for their own vengeful purposes.

And if the Democrats put forward the name of Kamala Harris as some have mentioned, there is no way she would pass muster given the way she treated Justice Brett Kavanaugh when he was forced to endure her now hypocritical grilling. Especially after what we learned about the way her husband treated women and still denigrated Kavanaugh based on falsehoods.

So, leave Justice Sotomayor right where she is. She is a liberal Justice, but not a detriment. Anything else to be done now would only hurt the Court. And its reputation.

Enough with the stupid and asinine liberal ideas.

Donald Trump - The Man I Know

Some would say it was a post-election ploy and others will say he had an epiphany after he was shot and almost killed. Perhaps, both would be partially correct. But having met Donald Trump in 1984 and again, in 2005, I can say there is a bigger and better reason.

It was reported in this morning's online edition of the New York Post, as well as other online outlets which I saw last evening, that Donald Trump is offering the possibility to help pay of some, if not all, of Kamala Harris$20MM campaign debt so her vendors, staff and others would be paid in full. It was a post he had made yesterday on Elon Musk’s X platform and Truth Social, the Trump-owned site.

I will share some of it with you:

I am very surprised that the Democrats, who fought a hard and valiant fight in the 2020 Presidential Election, raising a record amount of money, didn’t have lots of $’s left over.”

He continues:

Now they are being squeezed by vendors and others. Whatever we can do to help them during this difficult period, I would strongly recommend we, as a Party and for the sake of desperately needed UNITY, do. We have a lot of money left over in that our biggest asset in the campaign was “Earned Media,” and that doesn’t cost very much. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Having met the man, and his brother Robert in 2000, I can assure you that this generous offer is made sincerely from his heart. Both men had a special, quiet demeanor when they actually did something kind or charitable. And when you were in a private setting.

When he eventually does this, he won’t be making a splash. Instead, it will be done without fanfare, privately, without the media present.

But you will hear about it, from those who ultimately benefitted from his generosity. It is human nature to ackowledge those who do the right thing.

I know this because I witnessed it first-hand; first in 1984, during my meeting with him, and with other bank managers, as he patiently explained the project to us, answered our questions respectfully, and ultimately, steered additional business to me at the bank I managed.

Then, at a weekend seminar in 2005, I met him again, at a real-estate and mortgage event. Again, he was patient, explaining how to succeed in the business and giving his time, at minimal cost, to cover the expense of the venue.

From that point on, I have ALWAYS spoken with respect and praise, knowing the real Donald Trump, no matter what lies the media espouses. And have proudly voted for him all three times he ran.

Soon enough, you will be reading again about his generosity from those who least expected it.

Carlos Danger Gets Ready To Leap - Again

Here is a name we never thought we would hear or read again. Carlos Danger, AKA Anthony Weiner, is considering a run for political office again.

It is being reported in Saturday's late online edition of the New York Post that the former Congressman and 2013 failed NYC mayoral candidate, is looking at the New York City Council seat presently held by Carlina Rivera, which will be open after her term ends in 2025.

“I’m thinking about it. I’m wrestling with it,” Wiener, 60, said on his weekly 77WABC radio show Saturday, City & State New York reported. “I love doing this job on the radio, but I want to be of service.”

If you recall, the Schumer protégé had a rising political career until he was ousted from his New York congressional seat in 2011 over a sexting scandal that involved several women and a minor. In addition, during his Mayoral campaign, he was caught up in another sexting scandal.

Subsequently, after serving 21 months in prison for sexting a 15-year-old North Carolina girl, he was released in 2019, and called himself “a very sick man” during his sentencing. Apparently.

Weiner did acknowledge on Saturday that his personal baggage might hamper his odds. Any reasonable child would even have to agree with him on that statement.

The “Sex Pest” is getting readily to unleash himself again on the New York City public. Is he ready to jump in to the feisty arena of New York politics?

But the better question is New York ready to go through round three with Carlos Danger? Or is it Anthony Weiner?!?

We will soon find out if they can survive each other.

Remembering Veterans Day, 2024

Long ago, in the first year I began writing my commentaries
, I wrote a commentary entitled Veterans Day, 2013. I included how the holiday came to be, how it changed over the years, its history and how it was different from Memorial Day.

Memorial Day is the holiday where we remember those who died in war in defense of our country. Veterans Day is the holiday where we celebrate the safe return home of those women and men who signed up to defend us.

There is a subtle difference in the reasons for each holiday: one is of remembrance of our KIA heroes, while the other is to honor those who came home alive, but broken.

Yes, my friends. So many have returned either physically injured, mentally damaged, or in many cases, both. PTSD is hard to see, but it is as challenging to the veteran as much as one who suffered the loss of a limb.

I had occasion to meet and speak with many Veterans recently as I worked both Early Voting and Election Day in ny community. To a person, I could see each suffered a disability. Some were obvious with prosthetic devices, and others, with a silent pain in their eyes.

I thanked each for his or her service, and while they appreciated the recognition, the common reply was, “Thank you, Sir. It was my pleasure to serve.” Or comparable words. It was truly an honor to share their hands.

I share this today because tomorrow IS Veterans Day. So if you are out and about, and you see a man or a woman selling a poppy, give a dollar and take it respectfully. And thank him or her for the service he gave to defend our freedoms, to protect our liberties and the recognition he or she truly deserves.

They earned it from all of us who live in this free nation. With Liberty and Justice for ALL.

First Up - The Paris Climate Agreement

One of the most contentious agreements the United States has ever signed has been the Paris Climate Agreement. In our country, it seems to be a political football, depending which political party holds the White House.

The Paris Agreement was adopted by 194 parties, including 193 countries and the EU, in Paris in 2015.

The Paris Agreement was based on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), which was signed in 1992. The UNFCCC has provided the basis for other international climate negotiations, including the Kyoto Protocol in 1997.

President Obama signed it in 2016 and President Trump withdrew from it in 2020. Subsequently, President Biden reversed the Trump withdrawal soon after he became President.

Now, this week, President-Elect Donald Trump's transition team has prepared executive orders and proclamations on withdrawing again from the Agreement, as reported by the New York Times and Newsmax.

The problem with the Agreement, at least to some including Donald Trump, is that it places an unfair financial burden on the United States while not applying the same standards to India, China and other highly industrial countries.

So, the only response is to withdraw and not participate in an obviously one-sided financial hit against our sovereignty.

This was a campaign promise President-Elect Trump made many times and intends to keep. He did it before and will again.

And I am on board with that.

Is it Black Friday Again?

It is November 9 and we are beyond Election Day
. We are celebrating Veterans Day Weekend and the beginning of Black Friday advertising is already in full swing.

The reason it is called Black Friday is because retail chains expect to finally begin making positive strides in sales, leading up to Christmas and Chanukah, reflecting opportunities to recover from a loss, or red, position, held all year. Hence, BLACK Friday.

But it is not only for one day; instead, for many years it was the entire post-Thanksgiving weekend. Then, suddenly, the Monday after Thanksgiving became known as “Cyber Monday”.

Tuesday became “Giving Back Tuesday”, to remember our charities for the season. When, finally, the whole month of November was added to the game, the Saturday after Thanksgiving was branded as “Shop Local Saturday” to remember it wasn’t all about the mall and the internet (but it was).

Finally, a marketing genius figured that by the second weekend in December, sales were already beginning to slow down. So Black Friday II was born. And that whole weekend, additional sales and savings were created to entice the consumer to fork over even more dough.

All very clever. Yes?

Initially, retail establishments began to be open on Thanksgiving to get a “head start” to give us opportunities to save. But the public relations backlash became too great because employees were not able to spend the day celebrating with their families.

And many announced they were closed to “honor the holiday and family”. (What decent folk they are!)

To combat the lost day of sales, stores began opening very late on Thursday night or by midnight on Friday. And staying open until midnight Friday night. Then opening early on Saturday and Sunday mornings, staying open until late each night. For our “shopping convenience”.

Get ready to spend away your hard-earned money and get whatever you think you need to buy to make the people in your life have a happy and wonderful holiday season. And by February, as you are reviewing your bank and credit card statements, you will wonder what you spent your savings on.

And to soothe your emotional levels, happy, joyful, pleasing holiday music will be played as you mindlessly walk through the stores to “get you in the mood”. The smells of pine, bayberry, cinnamon and gingerbread will tickle your olfactory senses to remind you of your childhood as you pick out another sweater for someone special.

So get ready for Black Friday. It will be here and gone before you know it!

Happy Chanukah, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!

A Corrupt FEMA Supervisor Is Revealed and Exposed

To all the liberals and Democrats who said concerns that many had about FEMA playing favorites
during the Debbie, Helene and Milton Hurricane responses, owe an apology for having called us conspiracy theorists and spreaders of disinformation.

Apparently, at least one FEMA supervisor, Marn’i Washington, gave her team strict orders to avoid any homes which had Trump-Vance signs in front of it. This was done in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton.

It was reported in the late online Friday edition of the New York Post that Washington conveyed her edict both verbally and in a Microsoft Teams chat used by relief workers canvassing Lake Placid, Florida homes ravaged by Hurricane Milton last month, according to the Daily Wire.

Avoid homes advertising Trump,” Washington wrote in a “best practices” memo to employees.

FEMA employees told the outlet that at least twenty homes displaying Trump signs or flags, a common sight during election season, were passed between the end of October and into November because of the order.

How many other politically motivated supervisors did similar illegal acts and did not get caught? Was Marn’i Washington the only one who did this? I am sure not.

A FEMA spokesperson confirmed that orders to bypass the homes of Trump supporters were given, and said that the agency was “deeply disturbed by this employee’s actions.”

We are horrified that this took place and therefore have taken extreme actions to correct this situation and have ensured that the matter was addressed at all levels,” the representative said.

And her punishment? A transfer to a different area. That was it. She, instead, should have been fired, with immediate loss of benefits and her pension.

Washington’s guidance was issued after the Harris-Biden regime came under fire from Trump, Vice President-elect JD Vance and residents of areas affected by Hurricane Helene over the federal government’s brutally slow response to the disaster.

It all just proves that all areas of the Federal government have been weaponized by the current regime against Americans in general, and those who especially disagree with it. Thank God Donald Trump won.

Only seventy-three more days until Americans regain control of our country from the DemoNazis who truly hate us.

The Result of the Sovietization of the American Justice System

It is apparent that Special Prosecutor Jack Smith has come face-to-face with the reality that it is time to sign off in his role against his two prosecutions against Donald Trump.

In breaking news across all media outlets, including USA Today and CNBC, Ol’ Jack is signaling the shut down of the Jan 6 case and the Documents case. He is also planning to resign before he gets fired.

Good move, Jackie-Boy. If you resign, you WILL get your pension. If you are fired, that guarantee is not so clear.

In both cases, the ice was considered Constitutionally thin at best, and lately both cases were collapsing under the weight of his own acknowledged scant evidence. It is obvious to anyone who understands Constitutional law that even the judges knew these cases were flimsy and political in nature.

Too bad Fani Wllis, Alvin Bragg and Letitia James are not ready to pull their false cases against Donald Trump.

However, in the Bragg case, it is rumored that Judge Merchan is preparing to vacate the judgement against Trump this coming Tuesday. This was the Stormy Daniels case, which many attorneys agree never should have been tried.

As for the Willis case against Trump and others in Georgia, Fani Willis will be lucky if she gets a slap on the wrist for her prosecutorial misconduct. She would better serve herself if she went ahead and withdrew the charges.

The James case against Trump is presently on appeal and is looking likely that the judgement will be overturned. But James, on Wednesday, has decided to place herself into legal jeopardy by insisting she will continue to try and prosecute Donald Trump in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 241, “conspiracy against rights”, if she continues to go after her “political enemies.” She would actually be federally arrested and prosecuted if she fulfills this promise.

As Donald Trump claimed, these were nothing more than political witch hunts. The Biden-Harris regime weaponized and sovietized our justice system for four years against a political enemy. With the help of the former Democrat Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her cast of Trump-haters.

May this sad time in our history never be repeated. Ever.

First Pick - Susie Wiles, Chief of Staff

It was announced on Thursday afternoon by many media outlets, including Newsmax, that President-Elect Trump appointed Susie Wiles to be his Chief of Staff. Ms Wiles was Donald Trump's Co-Chair of his re-election campaign. She is now the first woman to ever serve in this role.

If you recall, this past summer I wrote several commentaries regarding the Trump second Cabinet choices. In the one entitled, My Trump Second Cabinet Picks – Part 2, among other potential appointees, I named Susie Wiles as his Chief of Staff.

I said at the time, Susie Wiles – Chief of Staff: Presently, Ms Wiles is co-campaign manager for Donald Trump's 2024 presidential campaign. In 2015, Wiles worked as Florida co-chair of Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and in 2020, Wiles served as a senior advisor to Trump's re-election campaign. Following the 2020 presidential election, Wiles served as the chief executive officer of the Save America Leadership PAC, Trump's leadership political action committee.

In the Newsmax article, Trump was quoted in part, “Susie Wiles just helped me achieve one of the greatest political victories in American history, and was an integral part of both my 2016 and 2020 successful campaigns.”

Trump also gave a shout-out to Wiles on Tuesday afternoon while speaking with reporters at the polling site where he voted.

If you recall, many in the liberal establishment, including Mark Cuban, who went on The View and claimed that Donald Trump does not surround himself with “strong, intelligent women,” alleging that the former president “doesn’t like to be challenged” by them.

Looks like Mark and the cast-of The View will be eating crow on this one. And if you recall, Trump had many high-ranking women employed in his business. So that is an absolute falsehood.

Neverthless, congratulations to Susie Wiles to be named Chief of Staff to the President-Elect. It is well-deserved.

An Interesting Inter-Regnum

Keep fighting in the fight because fighting for the fight of all fights is our fight. -  Kamala Harris

Yesterday, Kamala Harris delivered her concession speech at her Alma Mater, Howard University. She started it off fairly well, but ultimately, she resorted to her default: word salad and her obnoxious laugh.

And while she didn't say this comment above EXACTLY as written, if she had, it would have been a typical Kacklin' Kammy sound bite. She would have made her English professors proud.

Thankfully, we will be rid of this incompetent politician in ten weeks. It can't come soon enough. Our ears are exhausted.

In the middle of her speech, her running mate, Tim Walz was emotionally distraught and began to cry. Here, Tim. Take this tampon… I mean tissue.

After today, we won’t have to look at Tim Walz anymore. He is a loser who will go back to playing Governor. And maybe, the citizens of Minnesota will say good-bye to him at the next election. Forever.

On another note, now that the election is done, and listening carefully to the words the Kamster said yesterday in her concession, it seemed to me that SHE was going to be presiding over the Harris-Biden transition to Trump-Vance. Perhaps, I am over-thinking it, but there may be another surprise coming.

Is it possible that she will now do the right thing and exercise the Twenty-Fifth Amendent?

Something she should have done in 2023? Maybe. Then, she would still go down in history as the first female President.

I would not be surprised. Would you ?

Anything is possible in the next seventy-plus days.

Our Emotional Response to the Revelation to a Poll... or an Election

How many times have I discussed polling and the flaws inherent in them
? Every poll you read ALWAYS has a margin of error included, because, in the end, it isn’t entirely accurate. And the pollster gives himself or herself an out. Including some wishful thinking.

Even I incorporated some wishful thinking in my commentary, Rolling On To a Win, from November 1. After having read other polls, and other sources, I predicted that Donald Trump would win 375 Electoral Votes and 58% of the popular vote.

Well, I was wrong. And yet, I was right, too. By the time the results are finalized, he will have won 312 Electoral votes and only 52% of the popular vote. Oops. My bad for applying some wishful thinking.

But I was correct in this: the professional pollsters had him losing, or barely squeezing by with a miniscule win. In the end, he had a comfortable winning margin of victory.

Newsmax reported in Wedesday's late online edition that the pollsters' performances was under the microscope this year, after two big misses in succession: they failed to anticipate Trump's victory in 2016 and overestimated the margin by which Biden won against him in 2020.

"Trump was underestimated by about 2 points this time around" in key states, said Pedro Azevedo, head of U.S. polling at AtlasIntel.

In the era of Trump, many people, for whatever their reasons, are hesitant to answer a pollster's questions honestly. Or offer “No Opinion” as the answer to a pollster.

And then, of course, in the old days, prior to cell phones, a pollster would be calling someone in a region tied to an area code. Now, those area codes, which would be indicative to a specific populace the pollster was trying to reach, are less trustworthy, since the called person may have moved elsewhere in the country, keeping the number.

Also, since unknown callers are usually considered spam calls by the recipient, he isn’t picked up, making the analytics even more difficult to ascertain. This makes for less reliable guesses made by the pollster on the data he was able to review.

So, ultimately, the belief that the only poll that matters really IS the one taken on Election Day. Which I have said time and again for years, most recently in my commentary this past Sunday, The Most Controversial, Contentious, Compelling and Consequential Election.

It behooves us to take a lesson from this election. We cannot allow our emotions to take the place of our sober analysis of the facts. It ends up distorting our perception of reality.

And then, we get angry or annoyed, disappointed or ecstatic, whether with ourselves or with the messenger, when the truth is finally revealed.

Hit the Road, Jack

There were many losers on Tuesday night, where any one of them, by itself, would be a big deal. Kamala Harris, of course, for failing on her bid to become President. Joe Biden was a big loser, too, because his agenda was cut short by the Kamster's loss.

Then, while she may have won her own Congressional seat in looney San Francisco, Nancy Pelosi was a loser because her coup to displace Biden and replace him with Kacklin’ Kammy, fell short and ruined her own reputation as Queenmaker.

And Chuck Schumer lost because, well, he is Schmuck Schumer, and knows nothing about maintaining any concept of holding onto a slim Senate majority. A real bobble-head, pompous @$$wipe.

But the biggest loser of all is the one many liberals, Democrats and media sycophants claim that he is a political genius and a smoother orator. And that is none other than Barry Soweto Hussein Obama, who, during this campaign, proved himself to be an anti-white AND an anti-black-male racist .

And both groups saw through HIS unadulterated HATE SPEECH.

At every occasion, he lambasted both groups because they believed his chosen, hand-picked idiot was unqualified to be even a dog catcher, never mind being unqualified to be President.

After all, over the last four years, she proved to be nothing more than the leftists’ cherished DEI hire. And everything she was given responsibility for, became an unmitigated disaster. She could not discuss anything without notes, or off-the-cuff, without turning everything she said into word salad and ending it with that obnoxious cackling laugh.

And by the way, he also backed Hillary Clinton for President to carry on his agenda, and led her down to an ignominious defeat in 2016. Even though she was also a poor choice for candidate and didn’t help herself with her email fiasco and “deplorables” comment.

So Barry, you are 0 for 2 in picking and backing Presidential candidates, finding a way to manage their campaigns to ruination, and believing that maybe, a third chance is a charm. But not any more.

In baseball, the manager would yank you out before you could pitch another disastrous inning. But I bet you didn't really know that. Did you?

Hit the road, Barry. Time to sail off into the sunset and take your incapable, incompetent, inadequate and racist self with you.

And don’t you come back no more.

The Historic Trump Victory

We are sick and tired of being sick and tired. I heard that this morning when I was watching the Election returns coming in on Newsmax from one of its opinion guests. And I decided it is true.

We are also done with the negativity coming from the mouths of the people speaking for the Biden-Harris regime. It was the one thing which unified the American people to vote for Donald Trump to be our next President.

At 1:15 this morning, knowing, seeing she was going to lose, the Kamster cowardly sent one of her flunkies out to dismiss the thousands of people who waited for her to speak at her “victory party” at Howard University. It was not unlike the scene which played out at the Javitz Center in 2016, when Hillary lost to The Donald.

Less than thirty minutes later, Trump won back the Presidency when Pennsylvania was called for him. Shortly thereafter, Wisconsin secured his victory for sure.soon enough, we should see Nevada, Arizona and Michigan’s results be called for him.

And it appears he won the popular vote, too, by FIVE MILLION votes. No Republican has done this since Bush-43 won it in 2004.

In addition, the Republicans won back a solid Senate and will probably keep the House. This gives him a real opportunity to fulfill his promised to Make America Great Again. A REAL mandate.

It is truly a “New Day” in our country, knowing the destruction of our values will soon come to an end. Then, we will move to re-secure a lasting peace in the world, really give inflation a beat-down, reduce the cost of food and energy, and continue the tax cuts which were set to expire.

And kill, finally, this sick and depraved woke agenda which is hurting our women and children.
Less than seventy-six days to reclaim America’s dignity and place in the world. I can hardly wait.

God Bless America, Land That I Love.

Decisions, Decisions On the 2024 Election

There is no more time left. The clock has reached the penultimate day in the 2024 Presidential cycle. Today, there should not be any undecided voters left.

Since October 21, I worked nine of the thirteen days for Lake County’s Early Voting. It was extremely busy, from 10 to 6 each day.

We averaged thirteen hundred or more each day, with no day less than a thousand or so. By Wednesday, there was no less than fourteen hundred and on Friday and Saturday, the count approached seventeen hundred each day.

By Saturday night, 62% of all Lake County registered voters had voted, either by mail, or in greater numbers, in person. This coincides with the 58% of all registered voters in Florida who have already cast their ballots.

These numbers, in any election, would be historic at the end of voting on Tuesday. But we still have Tuesday ahead of us, which will just increase these numbers.

As I said in my commentary yesterday, The Most Controversial, Contentious, Compelling and Consequential Election, we are in for one wild ride over the next couple of days. I fully expect, here in Florida at least, to see the total votes cast surpass 85% of all registered voters.

And when all is said and done, I pray we will not have a repeat of the mess that happened in the days following the election in 2020. We truly deserve better.

There will be no commmentary tomorrow, but I look forward to writing my next one, with my hope it turns out as I have predicted.

The Most Controversial, Contentious, Compelling and Consequential Election

There are now less than two days to go before the polls officially open for a Election Day. In most states, Early Voting is done, or will be done, by the close of today. And as of this morning, most sample polls are giving a slight edge to Donald Trump in all seven “swing states”.

As I have written many times, the only poll that matters is the one which will close on Tuesday night. No matter how you spin sample polling, the truth will reveal itself probably by midnight, after the West Coast states close. Only Alaska and Hawaii’s results will be unknown.

Former pollster and founder of 538 Nate Silver recently lashed out at other survey junkies in his field for “cheating” in the final stretch of the 2024 presidential election, accusing them of recycling some results to keep the race between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris close. In effect, they are scamming the numbers to have the general public believe if is “too close to call”.

But as it was reported in Friday’s midday online edition of the New York Post, his “gut feeling is the Trump will win.”

Dick Morris, legendary Clinton pollster, has been more confident of late, aa well. On Friday, he predicted in his daily Lunch Alert video commentary, that “all signs point to a Trump victory”.

And a reveal of the Real Clear Politics poll tips the Electoral College to Trump, 287 to 251. Of course, the popular vote results are less clear.

So, hold onto your hats and your seats because we are in for one wild ride. And finally, we will know the outcome of the most controversial, contentious, compelling and consequential election in many decades. Certainly in my lifetime. And maybe, even in American History.

And then, we will know where America’s future lies, as a Socialist country or as a Constitutional Republic.

The Blame Game

"Kammy, Kammy, bo bammy, banana fana fo fammy, fee fi fo tammy... Kammy." (With apologies to The Name Game).

The finger-pointing has begun by Democrats as they look at the ongoing issues plaguing the Kamster's campaign as it finally, mercifully draws to a close. The major worry is that her messaging isn’t resonating with the electorate.

And maybe, the greater fear is that her messaging, especially on the economy, is a failing one. The people hear it and are ignoring it.

But some Democrats have already looked to pin the blame on President Biden, who some think took too long to step aside.

People are nervous and they’re trying to cover their butts and get a little ahead of Election Day,” one Democratic strategist said of the sniping. “It’s based on anxiety, stakes and the unique nature of this cycle.

We didn’t have a traditional process for this election. We didn’t have a primary. People just had to fall in line,” the strategist added, saying “it’s not surprising to me” that some of the blame game is happening even before Election Day.

Some others believe Kacklin’ Kammy's decision to pick Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate over Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro surely will be second-guessed if Trump wins the Keystone State.

There are a lot of reasons to believe the Kamster’s support is crumbling around her. Perhaps, THIS is the anticipated “October Surprise” we have been expecting: the self-incineration and destruction of the Harris campaign as the Democrats continue to turn on her and each other.

Tuesday is only four days away and we will soon know the answer.

Rolling On To a Win

Today is November 1. Five days until Election Day. Less than one hundred hours until the REAL polls close on the most consequential and most controversial election in American history. And there have been some doozies.

It has become apparent to anyone even watching with disinterest, that someone'a campaign is derailing before our very eyes. And it it isn’t Trump.

Since Tuesday, the soon-to-be retired Biden has called Trump supportersgarbage”, the Kamster claimed she was losing in the polls and would now campaign as the underdog, a top campaign surrogate for the Kamster said women around the Republican presidential nominee wereweak and dumb”, and Joyless Kacklin’ Kammy herself resorted to senseless word salad nonsense when hecklers at two separate campaign stops got under her skin.

Then, she resorted to "Obama-speak", calling Trump “Hitler”, a fascist, anti-democratic and many more negatives in her closing message. Yeah, she is trying to deliver a unifying message for America. NOT!!

So, as we roll on to the closing hours, we will be bearing witness to one of the great defeats in Presidential election history. It is going to be wonderful.

And I predict that when the dust settles early Wednesday morning, Donald Trump will win 58% of the popular vote, 375-plus of the Electoral College vote and carry overwhelming majorities in the House and Senate. The American people are tired of the Democrats’ “blame game” and want a "new direction” that Donald Trump will give.

Where is my popcorn?
