Three Days, Three Embarrassments

Apparently, Chucky Schumer wants to get an award for Best Actor in a Crying Role by showing how well he can release the alligators at a moments' notice. Sorry Chucky, that still belongs to POTUS44.

You are a pitiful actor and more so, a pitiful Senator whose views on the same subject spin on a dime, depending who occupies 1600. In 2011, you said nothing when the previous president banned Iraqis and again in 2015 when you wanted to study the refugee issue. 

Hmmmm. Sounds a lot like you have no principles other than that controlled by the political winds. You are a worthless excuse to be the Senior Senator from the State of New York. You are, ultimately, an embarrassment.

Speaking of POTUS44, which I resist to do so, he now has come back from his vacation and has decided to be a gnat on the @$$ of the current POTUS. But, that's ok. That's all he is. A gnat, you know, one of the lowest forms of insects.

Unlike POTUS43, POTUS42 and all the others, POTUS44 doesn't want to follow the decorum of HIS predecessors by keeping his mouth shut. Bad enough, that he doesn't know how to do that. In addition, he thinks he still can gin up his base by encouraging the snowflakes to protest, no matter what President Trump does. That, too, is an embarrassment.

Hey, Obama. I know you couldn't follow the Constitution, because you didn't really support it. But sadly, you don't have any respect for the office you held, either. 

As for the travel ban, I guess the people protesting didn't bother to read and understand the meaning. Just so you know, it isn't an anti-Muslim ban, even though the Left Steam Media is reporting it that way. It is about protecting US, you know, YOU and ME from seven countries which sponsor or cannot protect against Radical Islam. 

As the old expression goes, "I lock my doors, not because I hate everyone outside of my home, but because I love everyone inside of my home." Smarten up, people. You are embarrassing yourselves by acting like Soros' sheeple.

Three situations, three embarrassments. Sometimes, it is better to remain silent and be thought the fool, than open your mouth and remove all doubt. 

Trump, Trains and Real "Shovel - Ready"

One of my friends gave me a great line today: "President Trump has done three years work in four days."

That about sums it up, at least so far.

And, apparently, the investors on Wall Street think so, too. After all, the Dow closed at 19,742 on January 19, which was 62 points lower than the prior close. In fact, all the Markets were substantially lower on the last full day of Barack Obama's Presidency.

And on Wednesday, January 25, four business days into the Trump Administration, the Dow finally hit, and then closed, over 20,000 for the first time ever. I don't know what you think, but I believe investors, both big and small, are confident that what they have seen since Friday is making them warm and fuzzy about America's future economy.

Restarting the pipeline, building a wall and freezing regulations where they are all point to people going back to work, with meaningful jobs, and being able to provide for their families while spending more money in all facets of the economy. This is the real meaning of "shovel - ready" jobs and opportunities.

Now, if I were a Member of Congress, whether as a Representative or as a Senator, I would rethink my narrow views of "all about me" and instead, hitch my @$$ to a seat on the Trump train. Being obstinate and obstructionist, like good old Senator Chucky is right now, is not going to work anymore with the American people. The people want action, not empty words, and want it done NOW.

This goes for the Senior Senator from Arizona, as well. We don't care about your moralistic, morose and delaying tactics, Johnny. We want America First.

Members of Congress, you seem to have forgotten that you work for us, We the People. President Trump understands this and said as much in his Inaugural Address. Maybe because he really is one of US and not one of YOU. But he gets it.

I hear a train a-coming, it's rolling 'round the bend. And I ain't seen the sunshine since I don't know when. At least, not until January 20, when Trump stopped the draggin' on. But now that train keeps a-rollin', on down to San Antone. Right across America. From sea to shining sea.

People around the Country, join hands on the Trump Train. We are in for a great ride.

Changing of the Guard, 2017

As I write this, there about 30 hours left to the Obama Administration. It really cannot come fast enough. 

In the last few hours remaining, I believe Barry will try to put a big hurt on the incoming Trump Presidency, one that may not be immediately apparent for days or weeks from now. I just don't trust him. 

And don't expect the media to report anything negative about Obama after he leaves office, either. They have carried his water, essentially, since the summer of 2004, when he gave that lofty address at the Democratic Convention. To the media, he is a god.

So much for the past.

At noon, the Oath of Office of President of the United States will be given by Chief Justice John Roberts to Donald J Trump as the 45th President of this great land of ours. We can rejoice in the peaceful transfer of power, the snowflakes, Michael Moore and Robert DeNiro, among others, notwithstanding. 

Get over it, people. As the 44th President was fond of saying, "We won, suck it up, get over it." Sound familiar, now?

I imagine that in 100 days, people will look back on the last eight years and ask themselves, "What happened? Was I dreaming? Or, was it a nightmare?"

The answer is yes and yes. And thank God, it is finally over. 

I foresee many great things happening to this country, as President Trump starts to move the country to a place we haven't seen in years, if ever. A robust economy. Shrinking debt and deficit. The healing of race relations. And so much more.

As many of us who didn't vote for President Trump's predecessor in 2008, we gave Obama a chance. Some even gave him another chance in 2012. I think President Trump deserves the same courtesy and respect. If you don't think so, well, we can't continue the path that has brought us to the brink of bankruptcy. Unless, of course, you have no regard for what the people in 2,600 counties out of 3,200 think.

So, grow up snowflakes. Your whiny, ill-mannered, untruthful statements about President Trump are getting old and really starting to annoy. 

Now, there is about three hours to go until the guard is changed.  Let us, together as Americans, join to wish President Trump success and good fortune as he leads us onward and upward. If you can't, I hope you aren't on the plane where some people wish for the pilot to crash. It is the same analogy.

Shut Up and Sing Redux

So now the Office and new President of the United States is fair game by the Hollyweird crowd because a leftist doesn't hold the office anymore? For the last eight years, if someone mocked, criticized or otherwise poked fun of the soon-to-be-gone officeholder, that person was considered and called a racist, xenophobe, classless or other disparaging remark because he or she said something negative about Barry Hussein.

Hey, all you high-powered, faux-tolerant, "entertainers": Here is a newsflash for you - shut up and sit down. Middle America does not care what you think or care about your political opinions anymore, if we ever did. You are a bunch of snobbish, elite jerkweeds who act like you know what you are talking about, but have no idea whatsoever. 

And the keyword in that sentence is "ACT", because that's what you can do relatively fine for the most part. But when you speak without a script, you sound as illiterate as your socialist hero without his teleprompter.

Hey, Meryl and George and Ben and Jimmy and Barbara, we love your movies, your comedy and your songs but we don't love your opinions. Opinions are like @$$holes: we all have one. But we don't need to hear or see yours. Having a platform like you had on Sunday doesn't give you the right to pontificate.

So, I think it is time for all of you to follow the advice Laura Ingraham offered in her book, Shut Up and Sing. Your job is to entertain and that is all. You don't have the right to use an awards show to share your political opinions. You should get up onto the stage, accept your awards and say thank you. And that's it.

You need to be gracious and polite, not rant about blah blah blah blah. We don't watch these shows to hear what you think about politics or religion, or what you believe is YOUR sense of righteousness. If it continues, we will stop buying your music, watching your movies and tuning in to your TV shows. Your ratings will dive right into the toilet.

Take heed, celebrities. Or then, omigosh, there will be no more awards for you, either.

Assange, Putin, the 2016 Election and Conspiracy Theories

Let me preface this commentary by saying that I am no fan of Julian Assange. The man is hanging out in the Ecuadorian embassy in London for fear he would be extradited to Sweden on an alleged rape charge. Then, he would allegedly be extradited to the US to face hacking charges.

It amazes me that Sean Hannity and other conservatives are now paying this man homage for leaking Hillary Clinton's emails, when in 2010, Hannity and others called him a criminal for leaking cables which showed that Bush lied about certain aspects of the Iraq War.

One thing I don't tolerate is inconsistency by ANYONE in the media, on either side of the political spectrum. One cannot say that someone was bad six years ago and now he is a protector of free speech.

Having said that, now I want to focus on the hypocrisy of the LSM who thought Assange was wonderful when he was revealing the Bush deceptions and now think he is a devil for revealing that Hillary Clinton was the most corrupt person ever to run for President of the United States.

Ok. Now you know I don't like or trust Julian Assange. 

But, one thing is for certain. I don't trust the American intelligence community, either. These schemers are trying to say that Putin and Russia influenced this election. My common sense says it could not happen.  

Maybe Putin ordered Donna Brazile to give Hillary the questions ahead of time in her debate with Bernie Sanders. Does ANYONE believe that?

Maybe Putin ordered the people in Detroit, Chicago and elsewhere to vote for Hillary more times than the total number of registered voters in those communities. Is THAT possible?

Come on, people. Enough with the conspiracy theories already! Does ANY of this nonsense make sense to you when you remove your political bias?

I did not trust or like Clapper, Comey or Brennan BEFORE this election. They have only reinforced that mistrust and have shown themselves all to be liars when questioned this week by the Congress. 

If the Democrats, the media and Hillary supporters were honest, they would admit they nominated and supported a seriously flawed candidate who was NOT liked by so many people in Middle America. Outside of the coasts, her message, if one calls it that, was not liked by a 2600 to 600 county margin. 

I agree it is time for a woman to be elected President. But, can anyone HONESTLY say Hillary Clinton was that woman? All Assange did was show she wasn't that woman. There have been other women over the years who were and are more qualified than Hillary.

And as for Putin influencing our election, let us not forget that Obama tried to influence Israel's election last year. So let's not get your panties in a wad over alleged interference. Your hypocrisy and false indignation does not become you.

It is time to end this false narrative by the left in order to make the election of Donald Trump to appear illegitimate. He was the constitutionally elected President and that is what matters. If you don't like what he does over the next four years, the Constitution provides relief by forcing him to run again on his record. 

Until then, let's stop the conspiracy theories and get back to being citizens of the UNITED States. 

Schumer Crawls Out From Under a Rock

Happy New Year, my friends. I hope yours was as good as mine. 

One of my friends texted me on Tuesday morning to ask if I were going to be writing again. Actually, she asked, "Is the editor in chief back?" My response was, essentially, soon. 

Who knew that the opportunity would present itself the same day? I have avoided writing about the transition from Obama to Trump because I felt I would have added nothing new, and besides, I traditionally don't write the last two weeks of the year. I want to enjoy the Christmas Holidays.

As luck would have it, the Senior Senator from the State of New York, the Senate Minority Blowhard, uhm, "Leader" (which he isn't) decided that I needed something to write about. So, Senator Chucky "Schmucky" Schumer gets up onto the Senate floor and declares in his pompous, ignorant manner that he "will hold Trump 'accountable'." He also said, "It is not our job to be a rubber stamp."

Really, Senator? NOW you are going to do your job and hold a President "accountable"? NOW you won’t follow blindly? That is laughable. Where have you been for the last eight years while Obama was trashing and shredding our Sacred Document, you know, the Constitution of the United States? The one YOU swore to uphold against enemies both foreign and domestic? What rock did you slither from under?

To those uninformed and misinformed citizens of New York who thought Senator Schmucky was a great choice, I think you need to take a couple of courses in Political Science and learn what a Senator should do when "his" president acts lawlessly against our Sacred Document. It seems Schmucky, I mean Schumer, only grows balls and stands up for the Constitution when a President comes from a party other than his own. 

Trust me, President Trump will not get a free pass from me when I see he is doing something I find is contrary to the Constitution. I am not a Democrat, nor am I a Republican. Instead, I am an informed and educated individual who is only beholden to the words in my Sacred Document, without interpretation to suit my needs.

Too bad the same cannot be said for the Senior Senator from the State of New York.
