The Hypocrisy of Liberals and Their 401-k Investments

How many of you have a 401-k or a 403-b contributory plan through your employer? You might be surprised to know that over 60 MILLION workers contribute to one of these plans every year. Over $6 TRILLION are currently invested in these plans, which represents about 25% of all retirement plan savings plans balances in the United States.

Other retirement plans include profit-sharing or money purchase plans your employer may openON YOUR BEHALF, through a bank or investment house, and your personal IRA plan, both contributory and rollover. They also include defined benefit plans your employer once opened, where they contributed on your behalf, WITHOUT A MATCH FROM YOU, but probably froze when they offered you a 401-k.

Did you ever look to see what products constitute these plans? That's right, folks. Your employer, which generally is a corporation, unless you are a public employee, invests your tax-deferred contributions to pools of other corporations' stock. Oh, and matches your contribution to the same pool that you chose.

It amazes me how stupid liberals sound when they criticize corporations for their greed. You know what? You are part of that greed, fools. You invested YOUR MONEY in the hopes that YOUR retirement plan will grow and you will have sufficient funds available to retire on.

If you think you are innocent in this process, think again. You WANT your investment to grow because you are unsure what the future may hold for you in your senior years. In order to accomplish this, the corporations in your pool have to be profitable. If they aren't, then your investments, which came from your hard-earned salaries, are flushed down the proverbial toilet.

If you want to speak in your egalitarian, socialist stupidity, please prove it by closing your retirement plan and distribute it to everyone else without taking a tax deduction for a charitable expense. Unless you do this, no matter what you may think about your ideals, you do not possess the moral compass to chastise corporations, or anyone else,  for THEIR greed, because you are part of it. A BIG part of it.

As for millenials who may not have had the opportunity to begin investing, trust me, this is probably going to be the ONLY investment vehicle you will have to save for your retirement when you finally start working. In addition, your parents probably named you as contingent beneficiaries, at a minimum, in the event one of your parents predeceases the other. So, you WILL inherit the balance of what could be a substantial sum when your parents pass on.

Everyone, please sit down and shut the fook up. You are just as evil and wicked as the corporations you scream about. In your own way, YOU are part of the 1% you jerkweeds love to criticize.

Put that in your pipe and choke on that.
