It was reported everywhere that, as expected, Jack Clark has filed to drop all charges in the election interference case against President-Elect Donald Trump.
As most reasonable, fair-minded Americans will agree, this case should have never been brought. It was done to attempt his defeat to run again.
Newsmax and every other outlet has revealed in court papers, prosecutors said the Justice Department's position "is that the Constitution requires that this case be dismissed before the defendant is inaugurated.”
It is a good move, especially since he knows he would lose if he pursued the case through trial. And he wants to end it all before he gets fired.
Now he needs to petition the Appellate Court in Florida to dismiss the case against Trump in the documents case. He is hoping it will go as smoothly.
He knows he never should have done the DNC’s bidding. But it was all political. A good attorney never would have done it.
