Some Democrats Have Learned Their Lessons

Over the last week or so, many centrist Democrats have quietly admitted the mistakes and flaws made in the most recent Election. Initially, no one wanted to face the truths so evident to the electorate at large, but some have now spoken on the condition of anonymity.

 

First, last week, several Harris operatives admitted that their own internal polling revealed that at no time did Kamala Harris ever have a lead. At best she was running at least three to five points behind, nationwide, and was never ahead of Trump in ANY battleground state.

Then, in Friday evening’s online edition of the New York Post,  it was reported that many Democrats, at least reasonable ones, admitted that the Biden-Harris failures at the border contributed greatly to the results across the board.

By championing illegals, even the Hispanic electorate were resentful because illegals were given preferential treatment even to get jobs over those who were here legally. And Black men were resentful as well, and displayed their displeasure by voting

against Harris.

While many pundits claim that Donald Trump brought many minorities into the Republican Party, this was one election cycle. It could be that many minority voters voted against Harris in protest over the actions of the Harris-Biden regime and its promotion of illegals and the entire woke agenda.

But the beneficiary of that protest was not only Donald Trump, but also, all Americans. For the betterment of all.

As well, Mayor.Upgrade Adams was proven to be right, too. He had been a lone voice crying over the dumping of illegals into his city. And he paid a price for it from the weaponized Biden DOJ.

And was Krazy Kat Hochul and other Dem Governors and Mayors paying attention? Supporting illegals going forward may not get them re-elected, either.

Let’s make note of it and watch the results from the next few years’ elections. Democrats have been warned.

Thanksgiving 2024

How was was your Thanksgiving? Mine was fine.

 

Got up yesterday, early, to start to prepare. The plan initially was to

 make the pies on Wednesday evening, but after my cancer treatment, I was really not up to it. 

Of course, my grandkiddies were disappointed, but my daughter was able to explain that Doodah (that’s me) didn’t feel well. And I promised I would be there bright and early to get the pies done.

And when I arrived at 5 AM, only the dogs greeted me. The grandies were still sleeping.

So, at six, finally, my nine year-old grandson came stumbling downstairs and immediately wanted breakfast. I promised that once we were done, it would magically appear.

We got busy and suddenly the pies were in the oven. Perfect timing, because just as the buzzer went off to let us know the pies were done, there appeared my almost seven year-old granddaughter to ask what could she do.

Well, when I said she could help us clean up, she pouted and said I wasn’t fair because I didn’t wait for her. She then walked away saying since she didn’t help make the pies, she wasn’t going to clean up.

So, we got it done and started on the other foods. By nine-ish, the toll had taken hold of me, so, thankfully my daughter and son-in-law finished prepping the meal. I sat and watched the parade with the grandies as everything got made.

When dessert came later in the evening, we were stuffed but ate the pumpkin pie with whipped cream. And my granddaughter said, it was the best we ever made. I laughed and said, yes it was.

We watched Elf, and laughed because it is a fun movie to watch with the Kiddies. And the day finally, but sadly, came to an end.

And we still have today and the weekend to rest up as the Countdown to Christmas begins.

Free Speech is a Human Right

Mark Zuckerberg dined with President-Elect Donald Trump on Wednesday evening at Mar-a-Lago.

 

“It’s an important time for the future of American Innovation. Mark was grateful for the invitation to join President Trump for dinner and the opportunity to meet with members of his team about the incoming Administration,” a Meta spokesperson said in a statement provided to the New York Post.

Based on the comments made by Srephen Miller, the incoming White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, it seemed to be an agreeable evening for both men.

“Mark Zuckerberg has been very clear about his desire to be a supporter of and a partnership in this change that we’re seeing all around America, all around the world, with this reform movement that Donald Trump is leading,” Miller said.

While it was not mentioned in any statement released to the press, there had to be discussions involving past censorship issues practiced by Facebook and other Meta properties against conservatives. Hopefully, it was "message received" by Zuckerberg.

As one who has felt the pain of posts being taken down, I think it is time for Facebook to scrap its algorithms and permit free speech again. After all, Facebook is a platform, like X, and not a publisher.

People have the ability to hit the delete button if they are offended. No need for Mark Zuckerberg to be Big Brother.

As well we know, free speech is not only an American Right, it is a Human Right, too!

China Responds To Trump's Election

It was revealed by the New York Post and other outlets that China has released three Americans with harsh sentences for alleged spying and drug-trafficking, just weeks before President-elect Donald Trump retakes power.

This was a long time in coming.

The Biden Administration is taking credit for the release, though China has ignored the overtures until this time. Apparently, Beijing has recognized that incidents such as this will be met more harshly once Trump takes office. It shows the Chinese regime certainly did not respect Biden and held him in contempt.

Senator Schmuck Schumer credited Biden with securing the mass release.

“President Biden’s personal engagement with President Xi made this joyous day possible,” the New York Democrat said. “Thanks to President Biden, all wrongfully detained Americans held in the People’s Republic of China will soon be home.”

Someone needs to tell the Schmuckster that Trump is vowing a tougher approach to China when he re-enters the White House on January 20, singling out the issue of fentanyl exports that have killed nearly 300,000 Americans during Biden’s four-year term, according to preliminary federal estimates.

He also is promising a minimum of 10% in tariffs on China if they work against American interests and could go higher should China be seen as a bad actor on the diplomatic front.

So, maybe Schmuckie and Joey and anyone else needs to face the realities for why these Americans are being released so late as the Biden regime is on life support, as it crawls to its merciful demise.

That, my friends, is the true reality of what has occurred.

The Documents Case is Dismissed

It was reported by Newsmax and other outlets on Tuesday evening that the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed to dismiss the documents case against President-Elect Donald Trump. Special  Prosecutor Jack Clarke had requested this on Monday.

However, he has indicated he will pursue the case against Trump's two co-defendents, his valet Walt Nauta, and Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira.

This is ridiculous. Clark has indicated he will retire before Donald Trump is sworn in. Does he think he will have completed the trial and won a conviction beforehand? What if he loses? All this to be a winner over people who had nothing to gain.

And once Trump is sworn in, would he not negate the entire event by granting them each a pardon for their past faithfulness and loyalty? A reasonable person would agree he would.

So why is Clark grandstanding at this late hour? To win points with the media? The DNC? Who then?

It is time for Jack Clark to come to his senses and drop it all. If nothing else, than to save himself embarrassment and the government additional unnecessary expenses.

That would serve justice for everyone.

All Good Reasons to Support the Trump Tariff Policies

During the campaign, President-Elect Donald Trump promised to use tariffs to help reduce Americans’ taxes and to force other countries to place our country on a more fair economic playing field. Today, it was reported that he will also use this feature to help direct Canada and Mexico to stop illegals from entering the United States.

 

Over the last four years, these countries have ignored the USMCA by allowing the leakage of known criminals into our country. The Harris-Biden-Mayorkas regime essentially assisted in this ignominy and violated their Constitutional responsibilities.

“As everyone is aware, thousands of people are pouring through Mexico and Canada, bringing Crime and Drugs at levels never seen before,” the president-elect wrote on Truth Social. “Right now a Caravan coming from Mexico, composed of thousands of people, seems to be unstoppable in its quest to come through our currently Open Border.”

Common sense will be applied if Canada and Mexico co-operate in our endeavour to secure the border. He will only enforce his orders if they continue indiscriminate and unvetted crossings.

Now, President-Elect Trump has designated Tom Homan to work with the Border Patrol to help secure the border which was overrun these last four years and will use the tariff monies to help pay for the support. And he has warned those who block him that they will be arrested for their obstruction of enforcing of our laws.

All of this will help bring sanity to bear, which is long overdue. Spending money to secure other countries’ borders was not in OUR best national interests.

Trump promised he would do this and Americans voted for him to deliver. It is time to stand up and support him in this quest.

Our national dignity is paramount.

Hoping For a Lasting Ceasefire

Today, Israel is expected to enter into a ceasefire with Hezbollah. It was negotiated with the help of the US and France. John Kirby, the national security spokesperson, said on Monday, “We’re close” but “nothing is done until everything is done.”

This is a truth. It ain’t over til it’s over (Yogi Berra). It has been reported everywhere.

So we wait. When it is signed, let us hope and pray it sticks. The hate and the killing cannot go on.

And the Devil, sitting nine hundred fifty miles to the east is fuming. The Mullahs and the Ayatollah are enraged by the prospect that their client is willing to shut down its operation.

Soon enough, in about fifty-five days, a new Sheriff will be in town to make sure the ceasefire holds. And Iran will feel the wrath of sanctions which will strangle its ability to wage war.

Next to come will be Hamas. The anti-Semitic mob here in the US and elsewhere will protest, but will be shut down by those who wish for Israel to live in peace. The people subject to the cruelty of Hamas want it to stop.

So AOC and Omar and Pressley and Tlaib need to take a seat. You are contemptible and your hate for Israel is sickening. You are not helping any cause for those who live in Gaza.

Let us wish for a permanent and lasting ceasefire.

The Election Interference is Done

Breaking News! Uhm… NOT!!

 

It was reported everywhere that, as expected, Jack Clark has filed to drop all charges in the election interference case against President-Elect Donald Trump.

As most reasonable, fair-minded Americans will agree, this case should have never been brought. It was done to attempt his defeat to run again.

Newsmax and every other outlet has revealed in court papers, prosecutors said the Justice Department's position "is that the Constitution requires that this case be dismissed before the defendant is inaugurated.”

It is a good move, especially since he knows he would lose if he pursued the case through trial. And he wants to end it all before he gets fired.

Now he needs to petition the Appellate Court in Florida to dismiss the case against Trump in the documents case. He is hoping it will go as smoothly.

He knows he never should have done the DNC’s bidding. But it was all political. A good attorney never would have done it.

Let’s see what happens next.

A Murderer and His Accomplices Get Called Out

It has been revealed by the New York Post that not all Democrats are happy with New York Governor Krazy Kat Hochul or Mayor Ugrade Adams and their handling of the migrant crisis.

Rep Ritchie Torres, who is probably one of the moderate Democrats in the House, serves the residents of the Bronx and has done do since 2021. He is very vocal in his support of lsrael and has stood up to the anti-Semitic, pro-Hamas policies of his fellow Democrats.

So his angst and anger against the pro-illegal migrant policies of Krazy Kat and Upgrade is not surprising, given the high crime rate in his district and the number of unvetted illegals living in the Bronx. He is not a “go along to get along” guy.

He is very vocal about this latest attack by an illegal against three people who were wantonly stabbed to death. He slammed the administrations of Upgrade and Krazy Kat, and Biden as “complicit” in the murders of three innocent people by serial stabber Ramon Rivera. 

“I am writing to express alarm at the complicity of the State and the City in the murder of three New Yorkers, who were savagely stabbed to death in a homicidal rampage that took hold in broad daylight,” the Bronx Democrat said in a scathing letter.

He was also very critical of the city Department of Correction, calling it “the worst offender” for having made the “inexplicable and inexcusable decision” to relemase Rivera from a prison stint early, after serving just nine months of a twelve-month sentence.

City Hall did not dispute Torres’ criticism and said it is

 investigating the circumstances surrounding Rivera’s release.

I am sure he feels the same way about what happened to Kate Steinle and Laken Riley had these travesties happened in his community. He appears to be a smart politician, a good American, sticking up for the oppressed by the politicians who take advantage of their less fortunate circumstances.

Maybe Krazy Kat and Upgrade need to pay attention to him.

Making Sweet Dreams a Sweeter Reality For Baseball Fans

Several years ago, the late Pat Williams, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of the Orlando Magic, discussed the possibility to bring Major League Baseball to Orlando. He even thought that the Tampa Bay Rays would be an ideal team to transfer there.

 

The Rays and the communities surrounding Tropicana Field have been involved in ongoing discussions, which have gone nowhere, to build a new state-of-the-art stadium to house the franchise. Recently, two events occurred which would halt that option:

- In the recent Election, two commissioners were elected who oppose any city monies to be used to build a new ballpark

- Hurricane Milton destroyed The Trop as the roof was blown off, while the field and electric equipment were destroyed

This last event is forcing the team to play at least the 2025 Season in downtown Steinbrenner Field, the New York Yankees’ spring training home and minor league complex. And pay the Yankees $15MM for the privilege.

Steinbrenner Field has a seating capacity of 11,206 and thirteen skyboxes. The Rays’ average attendance in 2024 was 16,515, among the lowest in MLB. So while there are less seats available, it would have a chance to be sold out every game.

But this is not a long-term solution.

In 2023, a group which had been led by Williams said they were hard at work to start looking for a team in Orlando, even if the Rays remain in the Tampa Bay area. According to Front Office Sports, the pitch included a $1.7 billion, 45,000-seat domed stadium “funded in part by $975 million from tourist taxes.”

FOS said the group, which calls the proposed team “The Dreamers,” also “wants to build 1,000 hotel rooms near the stadium.”

Perhaps now is a good time to seriously consider this possibility. The Orlando area is always bustling with tourists and some may even enjoy taking in a family night of baseball. And since 2020, the area has grown tremendously bringing in many who love the game and don’t want to make the trip to Miami or Tampa.

The time is perfect to make a pitch to the Rays, MLB and the City of Orlando to make the Dreamers a reality.

A Call to Demand Enforcement and Security of Our Borders and Laws

Mayors in Chicago, Los Angeles and Denver, and Governors in California, Illinois and New Mexico, and elsewhere, have already drawn lines in the sand, claiming they will resist any attempt to the incoming Trump Administration's enforcement of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement policies (ICE) to remove illegal immigrants squatting in their cities and states. 

Apparently, these mayors and governors feel the rights of illegals matter more than the rights of the citizens who voted them into office originally.

 

In some of these “sanctuary” cities and states, police and other officials are under strict orders not to reveal the names or other information of those presently housed in jails or released awaiting trial, no matter how heinous the crime.

In every case, these elected officials, police and others have sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Central to their oaths are these fourteen words, taken from the Preamble, which their actions to protect illegals, are being violated on a daily basis:

"Establish Justice, Insure Domestic Tranquility, Provide for the Common Defence, Promote the General Welfare”

For this, they are hurting the rights of those who obey the law, including LEGAL immigrants.

They are daring the Trump Administration to come in and forcibly remove criminals who have committed crimes both here and in their countries of origin. Think Kate Steinle and Laken Riley.

NewsNation, the New York Post and other outlets have been reporting extensively before and since the election on this, and President-Elect Donald Trump's promises to begin deportations of illegals. Blue States, especially, have increased their rhetoric to resist the Federal government to peform its obligations to uphold the law, which is outlined in the Constitution and various US Codes, approved by the Congress.

It is time for us to demand that our borders are protected and our laws are enforced to protect all law-abiding citizens, or soon, we will cease to be known as a free and independent nation where we preserve liberty and justice for all.

The Lastest Reason to Wish For MSNBC to Fail Miserably

If anyone needed to finally understand why Comcast needs to dump MSNBC from its stable of owned media properties, this is it.

 

Social media users tore into MSNBC.com this week after it published a remarkable headline saying that "Laken Riley’s killer never stood a chance."

Rather than find sympathy for the Mom who lost her child, the friends and family her lost a loved one, certain bleeding-heart sycophants from that disgraceful entity labeled a news channel, wants us to feel bad for Lake Riley's killer. To those scumbums I say, feck you.

Fox News is reporting all the wailing for the punishment meted out to Jose Ibarra. “For the defense, this was a hopeless case. The defense did the best it could with bad facts. It almost surely knew it was going to lose," MSNBC legal analyst Danny Cevallos wrote.

You know what? You should be quiet, knowing he will not be deported or will not be put to death. Ulike what this bastard did to Laken Riley.

So just sit down. shut up and don’t say another word.

The Day and Weekend America Was Changed Forever

I drew a blank trying to decide what I should comment about this morning. We all saw what happened with all the news yesterday, both domestic and foreign, and as I told a friend recently when she asked how I come to my topics, I said it has to be interesting to me.

 

Between last night and this morning, I searched all the news apps on my phone and found it all uninspiring.

But then, my commentaries from this day in 2013 and 2015 were in my Facebook page as memories, and suddenly I found my topic. I am sharing them with you here.

They caused me to think about this day in 1963, as a twelve-year-old boy, in seventh grade, living a life with very few issues, other than family, friends, school and church which affected all of us at that time. We were innocent as youngsters, dealing with those issues which mattered most to us.

Suddenly, that innocence was gone, as we all realized our lives were irrevocably changed forever. And instinctively as that day drew to a close, we witnessed the change in our country, as television showed our innocence was lost forever over that terrible weekend.

It rained that Saturday, and we felt the heavens were crying tears of sorrow as we sat glued to the images being displayed to us from our nation’s capital. We wept along with those trying mightily to show strength in adversity, and failed only because they were human.

On Sunday, the day started out better, only because it was a sunny morning. The air was clean and brisk, a typical fall day, as I walked home after serving Mass at my local church.

The priest asked us to say a prayer in memory of our fallen President, and from the altar, all you could here the silence broken only by the sounds of a packed church of two hundred or so people crying as one.

Then we had our Sunday breakfast destroyed by the vision we witnessed from our television. The assassin of our young President was assassinated on live television, with no chance to alter what we just saw.

From that moment, we all knew that Justice would never be served.

We are now adults, and have lived on in a country which was changed that day and that weekend. We know that the America we knew in November, 1963 is gone.

And we are worse off because a man died on November 22, 1963 and America lost its innocence forever. And sadly, so did we.

Biden Turns His Back on His Oath and His Promises

In the wake and quake of Donald Trump's victory two weeks ago, and the promise by President Biden last week to assure a smooth transition, two major events took place which guarantees anything but: The authorization to allow Ukraine to use American ATCMS weapons in its war with Russia; and the clandestine sneaking of additional Illegals into New York without a trace.

 

In the first circumstance, it is being reported that this initial permission and use of our weaponry has caused Russia to respond with nuclear-capable ICBMs against Ukraine AND Germany mobilizing 800,000 troops should Russia attack any NATO country. Does this look or sound familiar?

Can you say Guns of August? It was a book which detailed the steps taken by the Central Powers leading to WWI, published in 1962.

Oh, yes. That was the year the Cuban Missle Crisis almost led to WWIII. And voila! History repeats yet again.

Hopefully, cooler heads will prevail again, as we found out because JFK was not a macho man hothead.

The second circumstance is intended to put legal roadblocks to slow down Trump’s efforts to remove illegal immigrants from our country.

The outgoing administration intends to launch an ICE Portal app starting in early December in New York City that will allow migrants to bypass in-person check-ins to their local ICE office.

Knowing this was a main causation of Americans to vote against the corrupt Biden-Harris-Mayorkas regime’s disregard for our borders and national sovereignty, they decided to implement another hateful, anti-America policy. It actually borders on the infidelity of their oaths to preserve, protect and defend the United States.

Trump will issue executive orders to stop this. Sympathizers will take it all to court, as they do everything he does, but he will prevail.

People need to rise up and make the last seven weeks truly difficult for Biden and his goons to do any more damage until they are finally gone from office.

Watching the Wheels Come Off the Celebrity-Journalists

The New York Post reported some interesting news. Comcast saw the ratings book for the last three months and decided it was time to cut bait. But the executives, being the product of wokeness, could not single cut any one particular division.

 

So they cut CNBC, USA Network, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and the Golf Channel, all of which have niche audiences, but don’t have inordinately high revenue streams.

But the big loser is MSNBC, which was created by Microsoft and NBC in 1996 to leverage the growing power of the internet by launching a cable news channel with a strong online presence. 

Over the years, the mission statement was abandoned and MSNBC became a radical, left-wing, hate-mongering machine, using NBC’s massive resources.

Meanwhile, NBC News, NBC Sports, Telemundo, streaming service Peacock and Bravo will remain under the NBC Universal umbrella.

Now, panic is setting in to the celebrities who call themselves journalists because they may be cut off from the assets of NBC News. Then they would have to work for a living.

And if these brands are all losing money now, how will SpinCo, the newly-created parent company, make money in the future? Will their investors at SpinCo make a profit?

The Comcast executives are making that claim, but there really is no basis to blindly accept that as gospel. There is, after all, no track record anyone can point at to make it true.

Presently, all these companies reside at or near 30 Rockefeller Center, between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, and between West 49th and West 50th Streets in the heart of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. They probably will be relocated elsewhere in the City. And MSNBC will probably be forced to change its name. And the same for CNBC.

Comcast expects the spin-offs and parent of all the brands to close in about one year (ie, before the end of 2025), contingent on obtaining final approval from Comcast's board of directors as well as “satisfactory completion of SpinCo financing, receipt of tax opinions and receipt of any regulatory approvals,” the company said.

So hang on, friends. It WILL BE a wild ride. Most acquisitions are.

But this time, the celebrity-journalists will be telling their tale of woe. For all the world to see and hear nightly.

With their own unique way of “story-telling”.

No Justice For Laken Riley

Was justice for Laken Riley served today? It is hard to say.

 

Jose Ibarra was found guilty and was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. But he did not show remorse; he did not show regret; he did not express empathy nor sympathy.

Instead, he showed indifference and coldness, a cruel soul and a cold heart. And hate.

He had no feeling for the family and friends of Laken sitting in the gallery. For her Mom, who was sobbing for having lost her child. Her Dad and Step-Dad. Her sister. Her friends.

He was a criminal BEFORE he illegally came into this country. Because the Biden-Harris-Mayorkas regime chose to IGNORE our laws.

And he committed crimes in a SANCTUARY CITY before he traveled to Georgia and acted with malice to kill an innocent person. Someone’s child, sister, friend.

His attorney will appeal, of course. And hopefully, he will lose.

 In the meantime, Ibarra will be in prison, beginning his sentence, getting his three daily squares, free medical as needed, exercise, TV and entertainment, at the State of Georgia taxpayers’ expense, courtesy of Biden and his goons.

All while Laken Riley will continue to not live, and her Mom and loved ones will continue to grieve.

Justice will only be served for Laken Riley when we finally stop the illegal and wanton border crossings by those who come here brazenly and commit crimes against our citizens.

So, no justice for Laken Riley, today.

The Hypocrisy of a Certain World Leader

It is a funny thing about international hypocrisy. Every world leader is guilty of it .

 

Vladimir Putin is “indignant” because President Biden authorized the use of ATACMS in Ukraine's war with Russia. And of course, Ukraine immediately used them.

This prompted Putin's response to change his nation's nuclear response policy. Oh the indignity! The horror!

But wait! He is guilty of the same action against Israel by furnishing weapons to Hezbollah. Yes, folks. He is claiming his national status has been violated as he is clandestinely violating Israel’s national interest.

How do we know this? Well, it was reported by Newsmax and The Wall Street Journal that the IDF found caches of Russian weapons in Hezbollah stash sites. In Lebanon.

Russian weapon systems found in Lebanon include not just the modern Kornet, but also other guided anti-tank missiles like Metis, Konkors, Fagots, and Saggers. And they are not old, out of date weapons.

While Russia may have sold them to its ally, Syria, or so Russia is claiming, nevertheless, Hezbollah is now in possession of them.

Putin is trying to say his hands are clean. But, like Biden, they aren’t, Vlad.

So, knock off the nuclear bluster and get busy to resolve the conflict you have with Zelensky. It will show the world you are a diplomat, rather than a bully.

There is a new cop in town and he WILL make you see the light in less than eight weeks.

President-Elect Donald has made the turn at the three-quarter pole, as he begins heading down the home stretch to complete his Cabinet and Staff designations. And once again, the stink of the Swamp is not here.

Time to Throw Out Corrupt Alvin Bragg

The most polite thing I can call Alvin Bragg, corrupt DA of Manhattan, is Jerkweed. I have tried to restrain my language so my readers are not offended.

 

It is being reported all over that this miserable crook recommended to Judge Merchan that sentencing for the illegal felonies concerning “hush money” that Bragg tried Donald Trump on be postponed until 2029, after Donald Trump completes his term in office. Hopefully, the Judge realizes this is Unconstitutional by any measure and means of interpretation.

And when Attorney General Matt Gaetz is confirmed and sworn in, he will federally indict this ignorant SOB on federal charges for violating Trump and anyone else’s Constitutionally-protected rights under the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Amendments.

Bragg is brazen to think the people of Manhattan approve of his corruption of the justice system; not only of his illegal lawfare tactics, but also for letting real criminals go free without so much as an indictment or trial. He has announced that he is running again.

Hopefully, Manhattanites will stand up like the citizens of San Francisco and Los Angeles did, and throw him the hell out of office.

And perhaps, Judge Merchan will do the right thing and dismiss this political charade altogether, before the Court of Appeals embarrasses HIM, as it did to Judge Engoron.

It is time for real justice to be served again in NY and all across America.

First Engagement of WWIII?

In February, 2022, when Russia invaded Ukraine, I supported the United States response to assist Ukraine to defend itself. At that time, it seemed like the right thing we could do.

 

But by the summer of 2023, after watching our government justify defending Ukraine’s sovereignty and border, while not defending our own, my views began to change.

Then, by the fall, I believed it was a money-grab to launder money, circumventing our own laws in the process. By this time, I believed we needed to stop.

It was announced by the Biden-Harris regime that Biden authorized the use of Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS),deep within Russia. On Sunday, I wrote about it in my commentary entitled, “Are We At DEF-CON 2?” and discussed the ramifications, and Vladimir Putin’s potential responses should they be used.

This morning, CNN and other outlets are reporting on Putin’s initial response. And it isn’t withdrawal. Instead, he has authorized a major change in Russsia's nuclear response policy.

The New York Post and others are reporting that Ukraine has engaged the ATACMS system and destroyed a large Russian weapons facility near the town of Karachev, around 70 miles from its border.

An unidentified defense source told RBC-Ukraine that it was a US-supplied Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS), which lame-duck President Biden recently gave Ukraine permission to use, sparking threats of World War III.

In my commentary, I said, “Biden may have stumbled us, even unwittingly, into World War III or DEF-CON 1. And as much as I hate to say this, Vice President Harris needs to be placed into the role of Acting President so she can order that mistaken order to stand down.

“Before it is too late.

“And Donald Trump needs to be sworn into office much sooner than January 20 in order to negotiate a peaceful end to all ongoing hostilities in that region.”

When I said this, I was told I was over-emphazing, being over-dramatic and overthinking the issues, the problems and the solutions to avoid a catastrophic outcome.

What say you now?

Time To Cut Bait - Again

The Aaron Rodgers Experiment is over. It is time for the New York Jets to admit it. The fans have lost patience with the losing week after week, with no chance for another season to make the playoffs.

 

Their current record is 3 wins and 8 losses. This was not the season the fans signed up for. Nor endured last season,  when Rodgers blew out his Achilles on the third play of his first series of downs. But we stuck by because we thought he would come back.

Maybe, mentally, he did think he was going to make a triumphant return. But, his age is showing. He is NOT the player he was in Green Bay.

But, he is not a total loss, even if the season is. After all, chances of winning six straight games will be  improbable, if not impossible.  One more loss between now and the season's end guarantees another losing one.

Yet, he is under contract until then. So why not use him to coach up Ty Taylor, or trade for a replacement with some experience willing to be coached by a future Hall of Fame QB?

I have been a fan since the team was called the Titans in the old AFL. I am not ready to give up after sixty-three years of loyalty. And one Super Bowl.

But it IS time to overhaul this team. Coaching Staff. General Manager. Players. Including their Hall of Fame quarterback.

 Again.

Time To Ignore Pelosi

According to my Merriam-Webster dictionary app, Emeritus, (Latin, masculine) is defined as a person retired from professional life but permitted to retain as an honorary title the rank of the last office held. And of course, Emerita, is the Latin and feminine alternate use.

 

It is bestowed, usually, by a committee of one's peers as a sign of respect for past performance, while still holding a comparable position in the same place. For example, a university or business may deem the title, Chairman Emeritus, to the soon-to-be retired honoree.

One NEVER bestows thar honor on himself or herself. Except Nancy Pelosi.

As it was recently reported in the Washington Examiner and other sources, the 84-year-old, self-described Speaker-Emerita, filed a statement of candidacy Thursday with the Federal Election Commission after winning a 20th term last week. A spokesperson for Pelosi declined to say whether she is running for reelection, but the paperwork is an early indication of her intentions.

But as the results of the last showed, her time is loooong past. The voters in San Francisco need to see this. And after she single-handedly took down the ENTIRE Democrat machine, by HERSELF, the leadership needs to tell her to sit down and shut the hell up.

This is a revenge-play, pure and simple. She is so deranged that she believes she can stalk Donald Trump for the next four years. But the new breed, Hakeem Jeffries and his leadership team, needs to put her in her place.

 She is like an albatross around any attempt that the Minority Leader wants to accomplish getting bi-partisan support for his agenda. His power will be contained and he will fail as long as she is given any face time in the media.

He was courteous and respectful over the last two years to her. But if he continues to defer to her, he will lose his base.

As for Donald Trump, he IS the President and does not need to concern himself with her. She is but a gnat, trying to annoy him. He only needs to flick her away with his finger, like the pest and parasite she is.

And as for Hakeem, if he doesn’t stop referring to her with her self-styled title, he will NEVER earn the respect of his caucus. 

When No Publicity Better Serves Your Reputation

It has been almost two weeks since the election and the media is still trying to give free publicity to Kamala Harris. Newsflash: she lost.

 

The old adage of “bad publicity is better than no publicity” is the mantra of the last several days of the current news cycle. What do these editors think? That somehow talking about the Kamster will somehow change the result?

Here is another update for y'all: there are no do-overs after the election. In fact, it IS over when it is over. (With apologies to Yogi Berra)

The latest “Kammy-news” involves the money her campaign spent and paid to Oprah for producing the Town Hall in September. Some say it was $1MM, others say it was $2.5MM. 

WHO CARES?

But Oprah claims SHE didn’t get the money. It was paid to her production company, Harpo Productions. A fine distinction, as if she would never profit from it.

“I was not paid a dime. For the live-streaming event in September, my production company, Harpo, was asked to bring in set design, lights, cameras, crew, producers and every other item necessary (including the benches and the chairs we sat on) to put on a live production. I did not take any personal fee,” Winfrey wrote on Instagram.

That may have been all well and good, but the New York Post reported that there were other celebrities and Influencers who WERE paid appearance fees to publicly endorse Kacklin’ Kammy. 

Doesn’t someone endorse a candidate because they agree with the candidate’s position? Not because they are getting paid?

Looks like a little different version of buying votes to me. A mere technicality.

If the media continues to give Kammy all this free publicity, even more bad publicity will be the by-product. Maybe no publicity would be better, especially if she wants to secure her reputation for a future campaign.

Because if this continues, any remaining reputation will be in tatters, ready for incineration.

Are We Suddenly at DEF-CON 2?

It is truly time for someone to implement the 25th Amendment and prevent Joe Biden from exercising his Presidential power. He has just elevated our defense status or condition to a level of DEF-CON 2.

 

For the last couple of months we have floated between DEF-CON 4 and 3, depending on our need to increase our defensive readiness, to the increased hostilities between Russia and Ukraine. In the 90s, we were at DEF-CON 5, even as we dealt with tensions in the Middle East.

Since 9/11, that level had been between DEF-CON 5 and 4, depending on our concerns for an additional terrorist attack on our country.

Even with the threats made by Iran against us, we never needed to elevate beyond DEF-CON 4.

As much as we have condemned Iran for fighting a proxy war against Israel, using Hamas and Hezbollah, we are also guilty of the same practice in Ukraine. We have funded Ukraine and provided conventional weapons to that country in its war against Russia, while not using strategic weapons or armed forces in support of the Ukraine government.

But today, it was reported by many news sources, including Fox News, CNN and others that President Biden has authorized Ukraine to use powerful long-range American weapons inside Russia, according to a senior US official familiar with the decision, as North Korean troops deploy in support of Moscow’s effort.

The decision to allow use of the Army Tactical Missile Systems, or ATACMS, had been under consideration for months. American officials had been divided on the wisdom of allowing the new capability. And now, we may have “crossed the Rubicon.”

If those weapons are deployed against Russia, Vladimir Putin may consider that an act of war, not by Ukraine, but by the United States. Because these are OUR strategic weapons.

Then what? Will we see missles flying over the North Pole? And how do we stop it?

The answer, right now, is to declare Joe Biden incompetent and incapable of continuing in office. Before Putin decides his next course of action.

Biden may have stumbled us, even unwittingly, into World War III or DEF-CON 1. And as much as I hate to say this, Vice President Harris needs to be placed into the role of Acting President so she can order that mistaken order to stand down.
