Recognizing That Changes Have to be Made.

Seventeen games under five hundred (40 and 57) pretty much sends the Mets packing it in at the All-Star Break. So much for any chance for a playoff berth.

Now, the “Boy Wonder”, David Stearns has to begin dismantling his band of has-beens and never-wases which he chose after he decided to trade or not re-sign the core of Alonzo, Nimmo, Diaz and McNeil.

The team is now in a rebuilding state, which has only a few certainties. These include Benge, Ewing, Soto, Lindor, McLean and the catching core. And maybe, one or two more pitchers. Everyone else is expendable.

Steve Cohen needs to shed payroll and bring some sanity back to the roster. As fans, we recognize that his five-year plan is not happening now and Stearns’ patchwork of misfits is a failure.

The Boy Wonder may have been a success in a small market, but has no idea of what he is doing in New York. Even with unlimited resources. And his smug attitude has become tiresome, as he blames everyone else for his own shortcomings.

This team has brought back reminders of past years under the Payson and Wilpon ownerships. But at least we knew that failure WAS an option, and the cost of witnessing disappointment in person was not your monthly rent payment.

And the desperation of putting cheeks in the seats by offering giveaways to the first 15,000 people doesn’t cut it anymore, either. Perhaps, the ‘86 Mets World Series Ceremony and Carlos Beltran’s Retirement Day will provide a positive response to an otherwise disappointing season.

We can only hope that a new manager, coaching staff and a revamped roster will come to pass for 2027 and give us something better to root for than this disaster. Anything will be better than this.

Wait until next year. Let’s Go Mets!

The Latest Mamdani Public Relations Disaster

We have forever acknowledged, proudly, that this country is a nation of immigrants, coming from all parts of the world. And for our entire history, we have recognized the contributions each generation from each ethnicity has made to our unique development as a nation.

Until this week.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Socialist Mayor of New York City and an immigrant himself, willfully neglected to recognize a key group of immigrants who helped to make New York the Greatest City in the world in his “immigrant map” by omitting Little Italy and the enclave it represents.

But Italians were not the only ethnic group which was neglected. While the City Council’s Italian-American caucus fumed Thursday over Mamdani’s map which didn’t list Italian enclaves, and pointed out that big Irish and Jewish neighborhoods were also eliminated, his map spotlighted thirty other areas, including Little Palestine, Koreatown, Little Pakistan and Little Odessa.

“You cannot tell the story of immigrant New York while airbrushing out one of the city’s most recognizable and historically significant immigrant communities,” the caucus said in a statement Thursday, calling the omission “incomplete at best and insulting at worst.”

The caucus said the Mamdani administration should work with historians and community groups so the next version of the map gives Italian‑Americans and other groups a fair shake.

“Italian‑Americans are not a footnote in the history of New York,” the group added. “We are one of the city’s foundational immigrant communities, and our neighborhoods, churches, small businesses, feast traditions, civic institutions, and family networks helped build modern New York.”

The Italian Caucus pointed out Belmont in the Bronx, Bensonhurst and Dyker Heights in Brooklyn and Italian‑American pockets in Queens and Staten Island are also neighborhoods where Italian roots run deep.

But this is typical of actions by the Socialist Mayor. He has frequently neglected history of his city, while glorifying the groups who pay homage to his agenda.

Hopefully, New Yorkers will remember this in November and elect a new Governor, who will remove this disaster from New York City under the State Constitution before he destroys it completely.

The current governor certainly does not have the guts or nerve to do it.

More Failure by Democrat “Leaders”

Once upon a time, Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand happily endorsed Graham Platner for the Democrat nomination for Senator from Maine after Janet Mills withdrew from the primary race. They thought this Democrat Nazi was an excellent choice to run against RINO Senator Susan Collins in the Fall.

Now, they are calling on Platner to “immediately withdraw” from the Maine Senate race after the embattled Democratic candidate was accused of rape by an ex-girlfriend

“The allegations reported today are incredibly disturbing – violence, abuse and sexual assault are absolutely unacceptable,” the New York Democrats said in a statement released by the DSCC.

“Graham Platner needs to immediately withdraw as the Democratic nominee for Senate and allow Maine Democrats the opportunity to choose a new candidate who can defeat Susan Collins,” Schumer and Gillibrand continued.

They publicly backed Platner even after he met with Senate Democrats on Capitol Hill last month following bombshell reports in The New York Times and Wall Street Journal about the former oyster farmer’s suggestive texts with at least six women.

They were so blinded by their need to win this Senate seat that they ignored all the warning signs Platner freely revealed before and during that primary. And afterwards, too.

Doesn’t say much for their evaluation and vetting of their candidates. Does it!?

Most recently, Jenny Racicot, Platner’s ex-girlfriend, alleged in a Politico piece published Monday that the Maine Senate hopeful drunkenly broke into her home and raped her about five years ago.

But it took until now for Schumer and Gillibrand to grow a spine and join many other Democrats to call on Platbrt to step aside. As usual, Schumer, the Minority Leader, stuck a finger in the air to see which  way the political wind was blowing. Then, he humpfed up like a big shot to act like he had a pair.

It is time for New Yorkers to send these two failures out to pasture before they can do any more harm to the State and the Country.

Celebrating Independence Day Weekend

It has been a week since this writer posted anything about anything. A well-deserved vacation to recharge the batteries was needed, even though much activity was occurring over the last few days, including the celebration of 250 years of our Glorious Independence and Liberty.

The world went on as usual, with the same pluses and minuses as it always has. And, by the way, the anticipation of the wedding of the year spectacular is also finally behind us. T and T FINALLY got married. Thank God, we could not take any more of PAGE SIX.

Iran is still acting like a belligerent tyrant during this period of ceasefire while rattling its destroyed weapons. And is still murdering innocent civilians, who only want water and lights, all while the occupiers blaspheme God.

In New York City, Socialist (Communist) Mayor Mamdani continues to push his anti-American agenda even harder since his candidates beat traditional Democrats in the recent primary.

And has the audacity to sit behind George Washington’s desk denigrating this country as he mocked Independence Day calling out the “powerful” who treat American ideals as a given only for the “select few.”   But he forgot to mention the sacrifices made by so many who made this country great.

“We see a city of contradictions within a nation of contradictions,” he intoned. “We see the wealthiest nation in the history of the world, one where children go to sleep hungry while the world’s first trillionaire hungers for more. We see monopolies that dominate every industry and oligarchs who buy elections.”

Spoken like a true Socialist, born with a Communist spoon in his mouth.

But enough about him. Instead, we can remember that we still live in a country where we can say anything, even when we disagree, knowing that no other country has that same freedom. And can condemn same without fear of reprisal.

God Bless America, Land that I Love.

Another Reason For the SAVE America Act

When someone says there is no “Election Fraud” committed by anyone, point them to this. It is rampant, even in a school board election.

A Long Island school clerk overseeing board of education elections tore up ballots and threw them in a dumpster to rig the election for a local DJ, a newly revealed internal probe found.

Hempstead Union Free School District Clerk April Keys allegedly rigged the May 19 trustee election by smuggling official ballots out of her office and handing absentee ballots to incumbent candidate Victor Pratt so he could trash them, according to a 51-page petition filed by the district with the state Education Department.

Keys could now face criminal charges as the district is looking to overturn Pratt’s razor-thin win. Pratt is a third-term trustee and former school board president who moonlights as a local DJ under the stage name DJ Vic-Lover, according to his social media.

The Board of Education Trustee election must be overturned because widespread irregularities affected the outcome of the election and were so pervasive that they vitiated the electoral process,” the filing, from the Hempstead school district’s attorneys, said. “The Board of Education Trustee election must be overturned because widespread irregularities affected the outcome of the election and were so pervasive that they vitiated the electoral process,” the filing, from the Hempstead school district’s attorneys, said.

The filing, which was submitted June 15 but emerged Thursday,  asks state Education Department Commissioner Betty Rosa to order a new one election, with a replacement clerk and oversight by the state Attorney General’s Civil Rights office.

The district launched an internal investigation after it discovered major irregularities in its election for the unpaid trustee seats.

What a surprise! NOT!!

And here is another little tidbit, friends. Pratt won by just 81 votes, boosted by a suspiciously large number of absentee and early mail ballots that boosted him to the win even though he only came in third on machine voting, the probe found.

Pratt racked up 87% of absentee votes and 55% of early mail votes, compared to just 27% of in-person machine votes, while other trustee candidates received fewer than 100 absentee and early mail ballots combined, the probe found.

If this can happen for a local school board election, with only two people involved, one can only extrapolate that with many more people at state and federal levels counting absentee and mail-in ballots, greater fraud is probable. Especially when there are no fail-safe checkpoints like cameras installed in the rooms where ballots are counted.

Eighty percent of ALL Americans want election integrity in our elections. It seems that forty-five Democrats, two Independents and several Republicans keep voting to allow fraud in our elections by voting against the SAVE America Act.

It is well beyond time to finally pass and enact this bill.

Krazy Kat’s Embarrassing Big Fail

In an effort to inspire the crowd which attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Buffalo Bills stadium, Governor Krazy Kat received a tepid response from the crowd for her Biden-like cheering antics.

The Buffalo native, clad in a Bills hat and a blue-and-white blazer and shirt combo, enthusiastically took the stage at the newly completed Highmark Stadium Tuesday, kicking off her remarks with a fervent “alright let’s get this party started, let’s go!” to a response of what could charitably be called a trickle of applause.

Undeterred, the fired-up governor belted out an earnest chant of “Buffalo, let’s go!”, attempting to get the audience to join in the call-and-response, and even pointing to either side of the crowd to give them their cue.

“Alright, seriously? You want to win a championship season with that kind of enthusiasm? Men and women of labor you know what I’m talking about,” before, improbably, again trying to rouse the audience from their slumber with another botched chant attempt.

It was pitiful.

She was met with such deafening silence she aborted the effort and called them out for their lethargy.

If this is the response her hometown is giving her, perhaps she should rethink her ambition to run for another term. The rest of the state’s residents don’t have the same tepid feelings for her. She is blinded by her own conceit.

Oh, and by the way, the $2.1 billion, 60,000-seat stadium, which her husband was intimately involved with developing, will be the home of the NFL franchise for the next 30 years.

Ultimately, it was yet another big fail for Krazy Kat.

Socialism Has Finally Reared Its Ugly Head

Socialism only works in two places: Heaven where they don't need it, and hell where they already have it." Ronald Reagan

The death knell for the Democrat Party in New York City yesterday as the DSA (no relation to the traditional Democrat Party) won several key contests ousting several key Democrats from their Congressional seats. Several were previously considered untouchable.

Shades of Joe Crowley when AOC surprised him and us in 2018.

The roof is collapsing on the Democratic Party establishment tonight,” progressive political activist and CNN commentator Van Jones told Kaitlan Collins as election results rolled in.

And you can’t write off New York City because this … is a power center for the establishment and the insurgency. And they’re going head to head tonight,” he said.

And right now, this is no longer a movement. This is a movement and a machine at the same time. And there’s just no way to sugarcoat this: if Mamdani pulls off a hat trick this is a new era in Democratic Party politics.”

He is not wrong. This has been long-coming since AOC became the darling of the media and the left.

And what was once considered the loony fringe of the Democrats, is now rolling to become its voice.

Even Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) whose independent streak has rankled his own party since his own surprise victory in 2022, didn’t hold back in voicing his consternation about Tuesday’s results when speaking to Fox News’ Sean Hannity.

This has become the dancing days of the dirtbag left,” he said.

Some of these candidates are outrageous. You have candidates, they [want to] abolish ICE, abolish police, abolish the border. She even said ‘f Kamala Harris’ and more of these outrageous kinds of things,” the senator said, referencing a deleted, expletive-laced social media post by Chevalier in 2021.

He said the slate of candidates who won their races represent the “full pro-Hamas wing” of the party who have declared “war on regular Democrats.”

As well, House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) suffered a blow Tuesday night after far-left congressional hopefuls defeated his preferred candidates.

Wins by socialists Darializa Avila Chevalier and Claire Valdez in the Empire State’s 13th and 7th congressional districts, respectively, along with left Israel-critic Brad Lander’s victory in New York’s 10th District, could complicate Jeffries’ path to retaining the Democratic leadership post, and potentially the speakership, after the November midterms.

Jeffries endorsed defeated incumbent Reps. Dan Goldman (D-NY) and Adriano Espaillat (D-NY) for re-election in the 10th and 13th districts – both of whom had pledged to fall in line behind Jeffries if Democrats reclaimed the majority.

The once-revered party of JFK and Truman  is crumbling rapidly before our eyes, at least in New York.

Reagan’s quote about socialism is now alive and well in New York City, too. God Help Us All.

The Mayor Leads the Hate

If you are wondering why there has been a severe increase in anti-Semitism in this country, look no further than New York City, home of the largest number of Jews outside Israel, where Mayor Zohran Mamdani regularly expresses his Jew-hate, unabashedly.

Hizzoner took aim at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee [AIPAC] last week during a campaign rally with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), saying “these monsters take many forms today.”

Mamdani on Monday stood by the characterization as he was pressed repeatedly on if he regretted the word choice.

“I used the term to describe all those who are preventing the birth of a new world, not solely a PAC, but frankly, super PACs at large, who are spending millions of dollars in deceptive and misleading ads that are blanketing airwaves,” he told reporters in City Hall Rotunda Monday morning at an unrelated presser.

Mamdani stood by his rant at the Kings Theatre, where he shamelessly railed against AIPAC and Israel.

“In AIPAC, for whom the only thing more frightening than democracy being allowed to run its course is an end to genocide and Netanyahu’s wars,” the mayor continued at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn.

This has prompted Parviz Mukhamadkulov, founder of Poetica Coffee in Park Slope,  to regularly engage in comment threads under posts about Israel or the horrors committed by Hamas, in which he justifies the terror group’s atrocities on October 7, 2023.

The radical leftist owner of the woke Brooklyn coffee shop boasts about discriminating against pro-Israel Jewish customers on social media and has a history of deranged anti-Israel LinkedIn posts, including accusing the Jewish state of genocide and compares it to Nazi Germany.

And this week, Poetica Coffee stirred up controversy when it publicly banned pro-Israel NY congressman Dan Goldman after he stopped by the shop for a cup of coffee.

“Hey Congressman Dan Goldman, we see that you stopped by our shop today for a coffee. Do you see how it doesn’t taste like genocide juice? Or are you still having a hard time telling the difference?” the coffee shop wrote on its Facebook page.

The problem is that some believe free speech permits hate speech. And when elected politicians succumb to this unacceptable behavior, it gives rise to increased levels of this expression of hate.

This is not the first time Mayor Mamdani has ginned up the Jew-hate which pervades so many in the City. But as he grows more comfortable in his position as Mayor, any shred of his mask will finally erode, revealing his blatant anti-Semitism, and give fire to more anti-Jewish elements who thrive on their own hate.

Believing that the Mayor, by his own words and deeds, has their backs.

Why are Democrats Afraid to Pass the SAVE Act?

CNN, the most untrusted source of news, except for MS NOW, is reporting that the Trump administration is threatening to withhold tens of millions of dollars in federal homeland security funds from states unless they adopt a sweeping set of election changes.

The move, says CNN, is part of President Donald Trump’s campaign to root out alleged voter fraud, despite studies showing it is far rarer than he claims, and exert more federal influence over how elections are run. It comes as multiple states have passed laws that seek to prevent the Federal Government from interfering with elections.

Once again, CNN, which is part of the Democrat Party press department, is spouting off the traditionally false Democrat Party talking points.

This flies in the face of the Democrat objections to the Safeguard American Voter Elegibilty (SAVE America) Act, where people would be required to prove citizenship to vote in FEDERAL elections and to provide  an acceptable photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or other government approved ID.

But these same Democrats find no objection when a photo ID is REQUIRED to open a bank account or stock account, collect a welfare check or EBT card, buy cigarettes, beer and alcohol, pick up a prescription, travel via ship or plane, rent age-restricted videos including online, rent a car, getting a document notarized, applying for a gun license, hunting license or passport, apply for job, apply for a loan and cash a check at a bank or check/ cashing facility. Yet, asking for a photo ID is deemed discriminatory to vote.

This begs the question, why? Are the Democrats trying to cheat?

For years, the DHS grants, which states apply for, have required that at least 3% of the funds be spent broadly on election security. But the new guidelines, which CNN obtained and are expected to go out to states later this month, impose a set of mandatory reforms and steep penalties for noncompliance. States that refuse would lose 20% of the grant money, potentially millions of dollars in security funds.

No changes to grant requirements or funding distributions are official until they are formally announced and published through proper, authorized agency channels,” a DHS spokesperson said in a statement, adding that the administration considers election security to be a core national security priority.

Any recipient of federal funding should expect accountability for how taxpayer dollars are spent,” the spokesperson added.

Until now, while the House has passed the SAVE America Act, the Senate, due to the sixty-vote filibuster, has refused to even bring it up for discussion. And Leader(less) Thune is afraid to kill the filibuster, even though, even a four-year-old knows the Democrats will kill it when they regain the majority in the Senate.

It is time to pass the SAVE America Act NOW!

Exit Keir Starmer

Over the last several months, things have become quite difficult for British PM Keir Starmer, to put it mildly. First, he tried to flex his minuscule muscles at President Trump by denying any support in the first days of the Iran War

He refused the US Air Force to land at Diego Garcia, which caused a rift in the “Special Relationship” which King Charles finally repaired. Somewhat.

Then, protests broke out against the continued illegal immigration policies which he ignored. Then, reports of rapes and beatings by Muslim men hit  the wires, which caused more outrage when he continued to ignore it.

Last month, the Reform Party, led by Nigel Farage, made huge gains in Parliament by winning over 1,000 seats.

Now,  Prime Minister Keir Starmer is reportedly set to resign Monday, though sources close to him contend he’s focused on the job.

Starmer is said to be discussing his political future with his wife, Victoria, before laying out a timetable for his departure from 10 Downing Street next week, according to The Observer.

The news comes after Starmer rival Andy Burnham won a seat in parliament in a special election in Greater Manchester.

Burnham, who has made two previous runs at heading the Labour Party, is said to have the support of over half the Labour MPs to mount a leadership challenge to Starmer, the outlet reported.

The two are set to meet next week.

Keir has realised the game is up and it’s got to be a graceful exit,” a senior Labour figure told Reuters The Observer.

“What he rightly wants to avoid is humiliation, but the worst humiliation for Keir personally would be if he stands in a leadership election and is heavily beaten.”

His popularity polls are in the sewer. His most recent polls show him with only a 23% approval rating, while he is rated at 69% disapproval. Even the British recognize a failure when they see it.

The longer he he clings to power, the more frustrated Brits are becoming. Even Neville Chamberlain never was hated by so many as Starmer is.

And if he stays, he will drag the UK into the toilet with him.

Start the Celebration of America’s 250th

We are well on the way to begin our celebration of America’s 250th year of glorious freedom and liberty. Tonight, we start off by saying good-bye to Spring, and tomorrow we see at 4:24 EDT the sun reach its farthest point north of the equator. Thus begins ninety-two days of Summer.

Tomorrow, we also celebrate Father’s Day, to pay tribute to the men in our lives who devoted time and effort to give guidance and patience to the girls and boys in their lives. No matter whether they were biologically related or not. This includes Dads, Grandfathers, Uncles, Godfathers, Stepfathers, Adopted Fathers and all the other men who gave of themselves unconditionally.

For the next two weeks, we will hear and see, subtly at first, the skies light up with the prettiest colors, followed by loudest fireworks imaginable. As we get closer to Independence Day, those colors will be brighter and the sounds will be even louder.

This year, as we celebrate the 4th of July, most of us will be blessed with a three-day weekend, as America’s 250th falls on a Saturday.

We will witness the best parades, concerts and the greatest expression of patriotic pride in our history. We will celebrate with family and friends with barbecues, days at the beach or the pool and nights at our fire pits, roasting marshmallows and gobbling up s’mores.

We are already watching the 2026 FIFA World Cup, cheering on Team USA and perhaps, another favored team. Some of us have set up brackets and pools, similar to that found mostly in the NCAA March Madness of college basketball. Only instead, brackets of countries.

And all through the Spring and all through the Summer, we are in the midterms Primary Season. This is actually a good way to honor those men, and women, who came before us to make us the country we are today, by getting out to vote. By voting, you are expressing your choice for the direction you want the country to lead us.

These are some of what we want the Celebration of America’s 250th anniversary of our Founding Fathers’ vision to and should represent.

We should not be Republicans or Democrats first. Instead, we should remember and honor that we are Americans First. Not party.

Enjoy your celebrations and God Bless America.

Another Assassination Plot Thwarted

Here is a surprise for you that the left-wing, excuse of a fair and impartial media won’t tell you. The alleged “ringleader” of the explosive drone attack plot against the UFC event at the White House is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, the Department of Homeland Security said Thursday.

Abraham Alvarez, 31, came to the US as a child and failed to leave the country when his B2 visa expired in 2001, but was granted deportation relief under the Obama administration through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Alvarez was one of five alleged co-conspirators in the scheme to kill President Trump and other top government officials at the combat sports spectacle held late Sunday on the White House South Lawn attended by thousands of fight fans.

The plotters allegedly wanted to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event with explosive-laden drones and then pick off fleeing members of the crowd with a team of snipers.

This illegal alien from Mexico should never have been allowed in our country,” DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a media statement. “He was the ringleader of a failed terror attack targeting UFC Freedom 250 at the White House.

He will face justice and swiftly be removed from our country,” she added of Alvarez.

Federal investigators are looking into TWENTY-THREE individuals who were allegedly part of the plot.

When will Americans finally wake up to the clear and present danger which exists in our country? When the whackos finally succeed in killing a man they abhor?

And will the left-wing Democrats like Schumer and Warren and AOC celebrate with the whackos? Don’t put it past them.

A Bad Deal for the Israelis and the Iranians

The World is celebrating the Iran Peace Deal this morning. Oil has dropped, stocks are rising, and gas will soon drop like a rock.

Europe is willing to send ships to assist in protecting the gulf and the strait. China is happy that it will once again get the oil it needs to make its crappy products. And the nuclear ambitions of Iran are thwarted, but not ended.

Yet, the people of Iran are still enslaved, with no hope for relief from the continued cruelty of the occupying regime of their country. More beatings, more hangings in the public square for protesters. All in the “name of God” will be the excuse.

And the Israelis, who were the only people to support this war effort, still get to live in fear of Hezbollah. It sucks to be them, too.

Oh. And the regime will get an immediate $25BB windfall once the strait is freely and safely opened with no mines.

What a deal!

Except for the people of Iran who must still endure the demonic behavior of their rulers.

Let’s see what else the next sixty days brings to the world.

Why Bipartisanship Leads to Winning for All

For many years, bi-partisanship has been the reasonable desire to get things done in the Congress for bills which are written to benefit ALL Americans. No matter the party which originally wrote the bill.

Not anymore.

Since Donald Trump was first elected president and took office in 2017, several Democrats have made it a point to vote against anything Trump  was for. And since his re-election, the lack of bi-partisanship has reached a crescendo.

Most recently, Senate Democrats' decision to let a key surveillance authority lapse comes as they are increasingly emboldened in their legislative fights against President Trump, blocking even traditionally bipartisan bills as they push back against his policies and personnel.

The posture is an escalation from a year ago, when Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was widely criticized within his party for a spring vote with Republicans to keep the government open. Since then, Democrats have forced government shutdowns, slowed Trump's nominations and now blocked the bipartisan intelligence law as they seek leverage in a Republican-led Congress.

The risky strategy has consequences when government programs go dark, and Democrats have little to show for it so far in terms of policy victories. Republicans say it is a grave threat to national security to let the surveillance law, which aims to prevent terrorist attacks, expire just as millions of people are entering the United States for World Cup games and as celebrations for the nation's 250th anniversary get underway.

And who is at risk with all these temper tantrums? Only the American people, you know, the Members of Congress are supposed to work for.

It is the Democrats who continue to block any chance for compromise, while complaining about all the “ills” which Americans face each day. But they offer nothing of any consequence to fix them all.

They only continue to complain and offer only negativity.

It is time to find the middle ground by leading with bipartisanship, rather than stalling what needs to be done. Fighting for “my way or the highway” will ultimately fail. Rather, to “have half a loaf is better than none of the loaf” is the greater choice.

It is time for the Democrats to understand this.

Are the Klingons Living in Iran?

One cannot believe that what remains of Iran’s “government” is the twenty-first century equivalent of the twenty-third century science fiction Star Trek Federation enemy, called the Klingons

The Klingons are an iconic humanoid warrior species in the Star Trek universe. Hailing from the homeworld of Qo'noS (pronounced Kronos), they are defined by their fiercely proud culture, distinctive ridged foreheads, and a deep obsession with honor, combat, and glorious death in battle.

And they, too, could NOT be trusted to keep their word. Even in negotiating.

Just like whatever faction is running Iran. Today.

In this vain, we must view that even as the War
With Iran appears to soon draw to a close, the leaders of the Islamic Regime continue to try its “bob and weave” in order to stymie the admission that it is failing to achieve its goal of world domination.

Just like the Klingons failed to dominate the galaxy of 2299.

Until the Memorandum of Understanding is signed, perhaps by this weekend, it is a crapshoot to take the word of anyone who speaks on behalf of the Islamic Republic. And even after. After all, they have a reputation of disseminating the truth with piles of bull$#!+.

On this, you can take it as the only truth they know, or will believe. Otherwise, dissembling and mistrust are the code words of the Islamic Republic.
